Amazing Beachfront in Crescent Beach Club Gated Community with Sweeping Views!

(No construction at this building until 2027) Enjoy breath-taking sunsets and salty sea breezes from the spacious balcony overlooking the Sand Key and Clearwater Beaches, and the Clearwater skyline all from the 18th floor. Enjoy the beachside experience with views from almost anywhere at the beautiful Crescent Beach Club -18B! All the comforts of home await in this spacious beachy unit with floor to ceiling windows. This unit was remodeled with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The club boasts amenities such as 2 luxurious heated ocean front pools, 24-hour security, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise room, a sauna and private steam rooms. Walk to 5 local restaurants with outdoor seating options. Balcony bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic king size bed and private bath. The split floor plan hosts a second bedroom, with attached bathroom hosting a queen Tempur-Pedic and a twin bunk bed.

*Rental restrictions apply. Condo Association Lease Agreement must be filled out and returned at least 7 days before your check-in date. We complete the agreement and send to you via DocuSign for your e-signatures. We cover the fee as well.

The beach was clean and quiet. It was never crowded- plenty of room to play, walk and hunt for shells! Property was clean and well maintained. Sand Key is a wonderful area to relax and enjoy the ocean. Short walk or drive to Clearwater Beach.

AMAZING VACATION!

The pictures of this rental do not do it justice. We were thrilled to find everything even better than pictured. This rental provided a quiet yet entertaining place for our family vacation. The owners were wonderful and communicated with us throughout our entire stay to ensure we had the best experience. We recently bought the unit and consider it our second home. We are excited for you to enjoy it as much as us while we are home working. You'll be communicating directly with us. We have four children (hence the queen bed and bunks) We are excited for you to make memories like we are.

Why they chose this property

The one thing I noticed about many Florida unit was a small view or an obstructed view of the Gulf. I absolutely love that we have a large balcony. Sleeping with the sliding door open is magical to sleep and hear the ocean waves - only allowed when not running the AC though.

What makes this property unique

Many extra supplies will be in the unit, from condiments in the refrigerator to sand toys for the kids to play with. Remember it is our second home so we come ready to live there. We keep personal items and clothes locked in two closets.
