This charming villa on a 1,500 m² plot in the hills of Golfe-Juan has a living area of 180 m². Look forward to a fenced private pool and several sunbeds. Next to the pool, a beautiful terrace with arbor awaits you, and another outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture. On the first floor of this spacious and lovingly renovated villa is the living room, which opens onto the garden, a bathroom with tub and three bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room. On the top floor there are two bedrooms and another shower room. It is only 5 km to the nearest sandy beaches. There are several restaurants and various water sports activities are offered, such as parasailing as well as boating, pedal boating and jet skiing. In the evening you can stroll leisurely along the port of Golfe-Juan, discover Juan-les-Pins or take advantage of Cannes and its many summer events.

Hus

Vi havde et dejligt ophold og kom til et fint og rengjort hus. Huset levede op til forventningerne ud fra de billeder vi havde set. Pool området trængte til en kærlig hånd og ligeledes liggestolene, de fleste af dem var defekte. Sovesofaen i det ene rum er ikke så ligge venlig( meget hård ) Desværre var det kun 1 aircon der virkede optimalt ( aircon i stuen ) i de andre rum var de mangelfulde. Vi kan anbefale stedet for dem der ønsker at være uset og i stille og rolige omgivelser. Meget fine indkøbs muligheder / hyggelig by . Det kan anbefales at have bil. Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale huset og stedet og vil også fortælle at vi blev modtaget af en meget sød og smilende ung pige og dejligt det var den samme som kom da vi skulle afsted.
