Great modern very nice and high quality renovated villa with large heated swimming pool. The beautiful villa with a wonderful sea view over the bay of Cannes and the port of Golfe Juan is located in a good residential area and very central to the sea and only a few minutes drive to Cannes and the Croisette / Festival. The very tastefully decorated house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a chic well-equipped modern kitchen with direct exit to the large terrace with sea views. BBQ. Large dining table inside and outside. Very high quality garden furniture. Cozy living room with large TV. The house is fully air conditioned. From all levels you have a wonderful view of the sea and the bay and the offshore islands of Cannes, even from the bed in the master bedroom the sea view is a dream. The garden is beautifully landscaped with olive trees, orange trees, wine, palm trees and many Mediterranean plants. Parking is very comfortable there for 3-4 cars. Electric gate. The house is ideal for those who would like to be close to the beach, close to Cannes and the festival and looking for a modern and high quality, chic, well-maintained ambience.

Extraordinary Home & Hosts

The house is magnificent, both inside and out. We were fortunate to have great weather, so we made great use of the gorgeous, heated, saltwater pool. But just as magnificent was the attitude of hosts, Marcel and Karin. My husband, and other family members found Marcel utterly charming as he gave us a tour of the house and the grounds. We didn’t get to meet Karin in person, but she couldn’t have been kinder or more pleasant to deal with on the phone. The surrounding areas of Golfe Juan are quite special, and we toured quite a bit. But we always knew at the end of a long day, that we were coming back to paradise! We were all just so pleased with our entire experience. A thousand thank yous to Karin & Marcel! Amazing Views & Location

Villa Pinson has outstanding views over Golf Juan with Juan le Pins & Antibe within walking distance with all their shops & restaurants . For the more sedate, the train station is only 10 minutes walk from the house. A well equiped villa with plenty of space & super facilities for swimming & relaxing. The house is at the top of steep drive, which wasn't a problem for us but might be hardwork pushing young children up. Overall, we would definitely recommend and re-visit.

Wenn Sie mit Ihrer Familie oder Freunden Urlaub machen möchten, dann lässt diese Villa kaum noch Wünsche offen. Alles ist hell, sauber, großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf´s Meer ist unverbaut und traumhaft schön. Wir waren zu Orangen-Ernte-Zeit da und konnten morgens zum Frühstück Orangen, Mandarinen und Zitronen direkt im Garten pflücken. Das war sensationell. Die Eigentümer waren sehr hilfsbereit und konnten uns auch gute Ratschläge in Bezug auf Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurantempfehlungen geben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Haus jederzeit für eine Urlaubsreise empfehlen.
