Administration Fee & Damage Protection

A $119 administration fee applies per stay and includes coverage under a $5,000 accidental damage waiver program designed to protect both guests and the property during your stay.

Guests may alternatively opt out by providing a fully refundable $5,000 security deposit prior to check-in.
