Stay entertained in this amazing vacation home in Old Town Scottsdale located just minutes away from famous shopping, restaurants, and night life! If you want to stay in you have everything you need in this house with sparkling pool, putting green, fire pit, BBQ, arcade games, and so much more. The home was just completely remodeled inside and out with no expense spared creating the perfect vacation getaway. Bring all your friends and family to enjoy this Vacation Paradise!

The space
The home was just completely remodeled and is set up for all your vacation needs. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the main house with an additional bedroom located in the back yard next to the pool. The garage has been converted into a hip game room for entertaining. The kitchen has been fully stocked for all your at home cooking needs with kitchen island and dining table that seats 6. Smart TV's located in the living room, master bedroom, and one of the guests bedrooms. Backyard is totally set up for you with sparkling pool, fire pit, BBQ, putting green, sun loungers, and couch seating.

Sleeping arrangements:

Master bedroom has king sized bed with attached bathroom.
Guest bedroom #1 has queen sized bed.
Guest bedroom #2 has queen sixed bed.
Guest bedroom #3 has bunkbed with 2 queen sized and a twin bed. Also has pull out couch.
Pool house bedroom has queen sized bed.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home.

Other things to note
No unregistered guests are allowed at the property without consent of the hosts. The amount of people you book for is the amount of people allowed at the home.


Must be 25 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.

No local bookings without 3.five star reviews or approval from host.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.

No smoking is allowed on the property. Any signs of smoking will result in a $2000 fine.

Trash cans where pretty much full when we got there. Chairs where broken outside and games and yard things where spread around the yard. The trash can place was filled full of beer cans when we got there. No cleaning items for us to use so we purchased our own trash bags and everything. Garbage disposal does not work I’m guessing it’s rusted stuck. Other than that it was nice! And we appreciate you letting us in early for our check in that’s all we care about.

The house was beautiful and well appointed. The pool was a wonderful spot during the hot days. We were close to all the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were very clean with VERY comfortable mattresses!

Nice location and large house. I know it's August but the house was incapable of getting below 78. I removed the air filter that was so packed with dust it had bent from the air handler trying to breathe. That helped quite a bit but still hot. The pool was nice but it's filtration system runs constantly and id as loud as a generator. Home could use updates such as new carpet and nicer bedding to truly be a Scottsdale worthy home. I'd stay here again, just not in summertime

Good house

Good house, few things didn’t work as expected, but the property manager was able to help quickly. Could have been cleaner, but wasn’t too bad. Also could use more mirrors for getting ready and hopefully they fixed the fridge because it didn’t work very well

Great Stay

Attended a fraternity conference. The home was a great place for us to stay. The bedrooms were great as well as the kitchen and living room. The backyard was a nice area as well. It is close to a park which we used to get some exercise in I would use again.

Amazing bachelorette

We really enjoyed everything that this home had to offer. The pool was amazing, the host was responsive. On the arrival day it looked like the previous guests did not bring the trash to the curb on the correct day and when we reached the owner, they immediately took care of it. The home was absolutely perfect for our weekend and very clean. The area was awesome and nearly everything we needed was available to us.

A great house for 2 families, the pool was used non stop. Really close to Old Town and convenient to get places with close access to the highway.

Family Vacation

We had a group of 12 family members stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone and the backyard was a great area to hang out and relax. Each room also has its own individual AC unit on top of the central AC so you can keep your room as cool as you’d like. The pool is not heated so it might be cold if you are going in the cooler months like us. The putting green is also meh and not in great condition but we didn’t really care about that. Overall, it was a great trip and it is a great house to occupy for larger groups.

Perfect spot

7 old dudes stayed here on a golf trip. It was perfectly situated in proximity to the courses, old town Scottsdale and airport. It was all we needed for a great time visiting the area.

Nice place

When arriving at the house, I was impressed with the cleanliness. My family enjoyed the stay and we all had a great time. The only drawback was the pool was FREEZING, other than that great time.
