Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Welcome to your relaxing getaway in Plano! As you step into your temporary home, you’ll be in awe as you take in the HUGE open concept space that’s bright, airy, and has great flow throughout. The modern eclectic décor consists of funky wall art and stylish yet comfy furniture. The luxe finishes are just the icing on the cake. You’ll easily be able to relax in the luxury of this home.



The main living area contains a marble fireplace and cozy couches perfect for taking a load off as you unwind after a day of fun activities. But we think it’s the second living room that you’ll be spending more time in! Functioning as a cinema/entertainment room, it features comfy seating for you to relax and enjoy a movie, as well as contemporary movie posters on the wall to really get you in that movie theater mood. It also has another fireplace in the large space, along with a foosball table.



The majestic kitchen is spacious and has beautiful granite counters with tons of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. It’s fully equipped so you’ll have everything you need in this kitchen, whether you’re whipping up a fresh meal or enjoying some local takeout. There’s also a beautifully furnished dining area right beside the kitchen for you to enjoy your meals.



You’ll have access to 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are all spacious and furnished with top of the line furniture, lavish bedding, and modern accessories. It all comes together to create an inviting and tranquil atmosphere to ensure you get a great night’s rest. The bathrooms have been beautifully upgraded with modern finishes. They are truly spa-like and hotel quality with gorgeous tiles and spacious vanities. You’ll also have your very own fully equipped laundry room.



The outdoor space of this home is just as fabulous as the inside. A large manicured front lawn greets you at the front of the home, and there is a 2-car garage to keep your cars safe. There is a courtyard located in the center of the home, with an amazing hot tub for you to just relax after a day outside the house. The tranquil backyard is fully fenced in for privacy and features a shimmering gem of a pool surrounded by amazing stonework. You’ll love relaxing poolside on the lounge chairs or in the cozy hammock!

The Neighborhood:

Your home is in an excellent location! You’ll be in the Caddo Park neighborhood of Plano, Texas. You won't have to go more than a few blocks to find all the best shopping and entertainment. There are many shops and restaurants just 1-2 minutes away. You’re also only 35 minutes to AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, 27 minutes to DFW airport and 25 minutes to downtown Dallas.



There is so much to see and do in and around Plano, and that’s not even counting the fabulous Dallas attractions. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 12 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. Just 10 minutes away, Bob Woodruff Park and Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve are connected by biking trails, creating an 840-acre green space, making it a larger continuous park space than Central Park. It has 5 miles of soft trails and 3.5 miles of concrete trails, with several situated along Rowlett Creek. There is also an equestrian zone where visitors can ride horses. Bob Woodruff Park is home to a 200-year-old Bur Oak, the oldest tree in Plano. Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding on the lake all day.



There are many shopping and entertainment options, including The Shops at Willow Bend, a 13-minute drive. Legacy West is 15 minutes away and is the largest mixed retail destination in North Texas. It is home to the best in shopping and dining, with great brands and more than 20 restaurants, along with a Renaissance-style hotel. Offering the classic energetic yet relaxing boardwalk feel, Plano’s Granite Park Boardwalk is also 15 minutes away and has many excellent restaurants with beautiful patios, live entertainment, and outdoor games.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.



★ TOWELS NOTE ★



Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.



★ CINEMA ROOM ★



Please note that our cinema room perfectly functions as a bedroom, equipped it with a plush, queen-size sofa bed. And for those multitaskers, you can now sleep and have your movie too!



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
