++++ Pool & Spa Water Heating Add-On (Optional | 2-Night Minimum) ++++

Optional pool and spa/hot tub heating is available with a two-night minimum and not included in the nightly rate.

If you would like to add heating to your stay, please notify us and complete payment at least 3 days (72 hours) before check-in so we can schedule the system.

The pool requires approximately 16-20 hours to reach 85-87°F, depending on outdoor conditions. Heating is not automatically activated and will only be scheduled after payment is received through VRBO.

The spa can reach 104°F or higher.

PLEASE NOTE: Pool and spa heating are weather-dependent and not guaranteed. If outdoor temperatures fall to 40°F or below, the system may activate protective safeguards, and heating may be limited or unavailable. If, before check-in, we determine that weather conditions prevent normal operation, the heating fee will be fully refunded.

The pool cleaner comes on Thursday every week in the summer and every two weeks in the winter.

Black-out curtains for a good night’s sleep, smart TV in every bedroom, except one of the guest rooms with a king-size bed.

- Along the hallway is a guest room with a king-size bed, memory foam mattress, and a space to read your favorite book during downtime. There is a full guest bathroom with a bathtub next to it.

- Next is the bunkbed room with a twin bed on the top and a full bed on the bottom, both are memory foam mattresses.

- There is a high-ceiling, spacious master bedroom that has one king bed with a memory foam mattress, a crib for your child, an ensuite master bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a standing shower with a rain-frosted hinged glass door, and a walk-in closet. The sliding door leads to the deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, and the backyard, pool, and high jet spa with lounge chairs, such a great relaxing time by the pool.

- The last guest room has a queen-size bed, a deck, and a chair for your remote work is situated on the other side of the house, and across it is the half-bathroom.

- The whole house is for guests to use, except the garage will remain locked, and the small closets in the hallways are for inventory only.
- There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house (please do not park on the neighbor's side or the mailbox), and on the driveway on the back 2 cars can fit, then walk to the front.
- For the security purposes of the guests and to prevent parties, breaking, etc., all cameras are always on (NO camera inside). A few surveillance cameras around the house, facing the sides of the house, front yard, deck, pool, and spa. Ring cameras are in the front door, driveway, and deck.
