Bayside Townhome Close to Beach and Boardwalk!

When submitting a booking request, please provide:

(1) ages and names of all guests, and
(2) confirmation of your home address.

This is a NON-SMOKING HOME AND COMMUNITY. No smoking is allowed in the home or in the Community.

This 3 BR, 2.5 BA townhome is situated on the Bay in a small community with community pool. The home is just a few minutes to the beach by car and approximate 15-20 minute walk. 15' dock at the back of the home is available for guest use. However, there is no boat launch nor trailer parking on the property.

**Please note this is a quiet community with many full time residents and in our opinion is best suited for older singles (30+) and families. **

There is a large Trek deck overlooking the community's boardwalk as well as the home's private 15-foot dock.

Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with beautiful blue pearl quartz countertops.

The living room features an electric fireplace underneath a 65-inch smart tv with comfortable seating for up to 6. Two car limit in the community parking lot: private carport parking directly in front of the unit (height restrictions apply-80”) for one car, and one additional assigned space is available for a 2nd car. *Assigned space only applies Memorial weekend thru Labor Day.* There are a few visitor spots available on first come first serve and availability is not guaranteed.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and walk-in closet as well as a small deck for 2 people overlooking the bay. There is a Smart tv in the master bedroom which gets both cable and internet. An Amazon account is required to access all apps.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a Roku TV for streaming only (no cable connection) and share a bathroom which includes a tub/shower.

Home is close to Rte 50, Jolly Roger theme park and many more amenities.

Home includes security camera on the exterior front of the home.

All guests must adhere to quiet times of 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. weekends; 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. weeknights.

Great Place

This was a great place! Super clean and well decorated! Very nice neighborhood and close to what we needed! We really appreciated that sheets and towels were provided and we did not have to bring them. We really enjoyed our stay.

PERFECT

Everything about this place was perfect, location, cleanliness, great communication with the property owner. Close to the beach and restaurants. Check in and check out was easy. I will be booking again. There is a pool in front of the house which was great also.

This was one of the rare occasions where a place looked nicer in person than in the photographs. It feels like it was recently renovated. Beds were comfortable and there plenty of toiletries. Simply a very attractive, clean, peaceful place to stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay

Loved everything about it. Beds were comfortable with a couple different pillow options, and place was very clean. Instructions were clear. View was beautiful. Fabulous location with close access to the end of the boardwalk. Tracy was very responsive. Highly recommended. Will stay here again.

Ocean City Maryland townhome

This was our second year, staying at the same place, it is adorable nicer than the pictures. Super clean Tracy is great, hostess, and very communicative. We will go back again next year. The location couldn’t be any better, right near everything we like. We just love it there.

The townhome was excellent. Very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. Parking was a breeze. Tracy was very fast with her responses to some of our questions. Probably one of the best and cleanest townhomes I’ve ever rented. All of us had a great time.

Great host and location!

The host Tracy was very nice and communicated promptly. This was my first Vrbo and she answered any questions I had. The condo was so cute and the perfect size and had everything we could have needed. Location is right in between the boardwalk and most off the beach attractions which was convenient. Very quiet condo community when we stayed so something to be aware of you are a noisier group/family or like to stay up late. Overall a wonderful stay, wish we were there longer!

Great communication with property owner. Listing is very accurate. Very clean and organize townhome. Great view on a Canal, easy access to everything in Ocean City. The townhome is stocked with everything you need. Just bring your food and your family.

Quite Bayside home

Awesome Awesome place and a great host very commutative. Everything in the description is spot on. You can not get a better place with eveything you need and location for the price. Unit is clean, with new or almost new towels and bed linens, quite, very well supplied kitchen and cleaning supplies. The back deck is a great place just to have a quite cup of coffee or even to eat dinner with the family. Don't pass this property up it is well worth it.

Good location, close to the beach

Overall, this was a great place to stay, with close proximity to the beach and the strip with plenty of restaurants and places to visit. The one downside was the lack of items in the house to actually cook a meal. We like to cook here and there while on vacation, and this place was lacking basics we usually find at other rentals--salt pepper, basic seasonings, oil etc. as well as some basic kitchen items. We had to buy all of these basic items in order to make the most basic of things.

Thank you for taking the time to review our home. We would have loved it if you had contacted us directly about some things our home lacks to make a guest’s stay better. We agree about the salt/pepper and will provide those in the future! Thank you for the confirmation that we should go ahead with those. We believe our home has an abundance of cooking items and other things, and can’t think of anything additional that is needed, but would have liked to hear about specifics! We appreciate your comments and will conduct an inventory of what we have to move forward for our future guests.

We absolutely loved staying at this townhouse. The pool was a huge highlight for the kids. Everyone is super friendly. The location is perfect with everything only a short walk or drive away. I would definitely stay here again.
