We would love to share our island paradise home with renters who will appreciate Sanibel’s amazing community, beautiful beaches, world-class shelling and unparalleled nature and wildlife scene.

Our home is centrally located: one can walk to the weekly farmer’s market and public library. The islands best beaches are a stone’s throw away. There are excellent nearby dining options as well as shopping. At home, one can relax on the balcony and watch the beautiful birds that hang out at and around the pond located behind the house.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Completely renovated in 2023-2024, our beautiful 3 bd/2ba, Sanibel Island home has everything you could need waiting for you. We welcome high season-only renters (3 months minimum) or a longer-term rental for the Sep 2025-June 2026 season.
All appliances, flooring, bathrooms, furniture and accouterments were remodeled and brand new. This 2,110 sq ft home sleeps 8 people.
Rental comes with use of our “island car” (red, Lexus, hardtop convertible). Our small neighborhood features a beautiful pool and a tennis/pickleball court.
We will provide biweekly home cleaning services.
As for sleeping arrangement:
The master suite encompasses the entire second floor and occupies nearly 1,000 square ft.
Upstairs on the right guests will find the en-suite “spa” bathroom with heated floors, a walk in shower and bluetooth, surround-sound speakers.
Across from the bathroom there is a large walk in closet with built in shelves, cabinets, drawers and hanging rods of various heights.
In the middle of the upstairs floor there is a sitting room in which one can relax, play family games or watch a movie on the television.
Past the sitting room, is the bedroom area, which features a Queen-sized bed across from sliding glass doors. The doors open to a large balcony that provides a private setting to enjoy a serene pond, lush greenery and an abundance of opportunities for birdwatching.
The two guest bedrooms features two full-sized beds and a queen bed, respectively.
This home is pet friendly by approval only, if you would like to request approval for your pet please message us PRIOR to reserving this property.

The car has a Sanibel resident permit that allows guests to park at a number of private, resident-only beaches. This access provides the best beach experience as often you would have the beach to yourself with not another person in sight.
