This home boasts the ideal mid-island location, where it's easy to get downtown but you're also removed from the hustle and bustle. You'll be close to Publix and Fresh Catch, and within easy striking distance of the vibrant downtown area.

The coastal decor throughout the house creates a relaxing, beachy atmosphere, and the Gulf view from the deck and balcony provides a stunning backdrop for your stay. Lounge comfortably in the living area or the seating room, which even features a divider and a sofabed that allows it to become its own private room. The well-equipped kitchen includes all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals (including a blender and coffee maker), while a gas grill invites the group chef to host outdoor barbecues. Enjoy your meals alfresco on the furnished deck or dine indoors in the cozy dining area.

When you're ready to turn in for the night, both bedrooms are equipped with TVs for private viewing, ensuring that everyone can unwind in their own space after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
