Welcome to “The Innlet”, a newly constructed 3 story home conveniently tucked away in Inlet Beach, FL. This beautiful 3 Bedroom/ 3.5 Bath / Bunk Room and Loft provides sleeping spaces for 10 comfortably. This home is only 0.5 miles from the beach and minutes from all that 30A has to offer. Visit nearby Rosemary and Alys Beach, spend your sun-filled days at the Inlet Beach Regional Public Beach Access (the largest public beach access in South Walton), or enjoy Camp Helen State Park with its array of trails. Guests of “The Innlet” can travel easily by bike to the Donut Hole and shopping (and other dining options) at the newly developed 30Avenue shopping center.

As you enter the home on the main level, you will find a beautifully decorated living room, kitchen, and dining room with 11 ft ceilings and plenty of space for you and your family. The kitchen is stocked with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and dining seating for 9. Our back patio comes with seating for seven accompanied by a TV for your viewing pleasure. The garage serves as a perfect place to gear up for any adventure you have planned and is stocked with 6 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 4 white beach cruiser bikes.

The second floor boasts three bedrooms. The owner’s suite is accompanied by a king-sized bed, beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity for two, toilet, and private walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms on this floor share a full bathroom and each offer a queen size bed. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located to these bedrooms.

The third floor offers a spacious secondary living space in the loft perfect for entertaining. In this space you will find two sofas (one sleeper sofa), two chairs, and a 65-inch television. As you continue down the hallway, you will find a full bathroom along with a bunk room fit to sleep two.

Our goal is to provide you with a clean, comfortable getaway filled with plenty of Florida sunshine, fun, and wonderful memories. We want to ensure that you feel right at home and are committed to be available during your stay should you need any assistance or have questions at all. Our hope is that this retreat provides you time away to recharge, relax, and surround yourself with the things that matter most in life… your family and friends. We believe that “The Innlet” is the perfect place for your vacation and can’t wait to introduce you to all the beauty that 30A and the surrounding areas have to offer!

Awesome location

We had a wonderful time at the house! With five kids the fact that it is three story made it so everybody had privacy and a place to retreat after enjoying the sun! The bikes were a wonderful bonus and made it extremely easy for us to ride to the beach and not have to worry about finding a parking spot. This is a beautiful house in a convenient location. We definitely plan to come back!

The house was just beautiful. Perfectly decorated and plenty of space for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). With the short walk to the beach we were able to get plenty of beach time. Nice touch by adding the beach chairs and umbrellas. We will be back!

The Innlet was the perfect space for our family of 5! It was clean and spacious, and the owners are very attentive and will answer any questions you might have. OUR FAVORITE RENTAL!

We all agreed that this has been the best house we have rented so far! The house was very clean, had everything we needed, in a quiet neighborhood and had EVERYTHING we needed..EVERYTHING! The owners replied within minutes to texts when we had questions. Also, it’s right across from the beach. CANT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS RENTAL! Five star rental and can’t wait to be back!

Great trip!

We had a wonderful trip July 16-23 at this house! Andy was more than helpful answering questions before and during the stay! The house was very clean and very well appointed with lots of Pottery Barn touches all over! You could tell a lot pd thought was put into the decorating of the house. The neighborhood pool was small but never busy and our kids used it every day. We loved our time and throughly enjoyed the house!

Wonderful House!

The house and neighborhood were very nice and quiet! A quick drive to the beach. The owners were very helpful and responsive!!! There were lots of kitchen supplies, the beach chairs were quality and comfy, and the home was decorated really well. One thing we didn't realize is you need to bring your own beach towels and more toilet paper! Haha! Overall, it was a great location and we'll be back!

Texas to Florida

My family and I took a trip to Florida and needed enough space for 8 people, and this house was more than enough space! It looked just like the pictures but was even better in person. After 12+ hours of driving in traffic from Texas, it was nice to be able to relax in the Thompson’s beautiful home. Andy was very responsive to all my texts and he and Tiffany made the whole process from check-in to check-out very easy. We would definitely love to stay here again once we’re back in town!

Beautiful beach home

Our stay was perfect! We’ve been traveling to the beach each summer for 15 years and this was truly the prettiest home that we’ve encountered. Every detail was better than expected, from a well-stocked kitchen (service for 16+), to comfortable beds. Magically, there was no sand on the floor when we arrived. The owners were kind and had excellent communication throughout the stay. The beach was an easy 5 minute bike ride (bikes included in garage) or 10 minute walk. We will stay with this owner again! Thank you for having us❤️

Great Spring Break!!!

This house is lovely. Brand new. We had everything we needed. I travelled with four older teens. Everyone had their own spaces to spread out after a day of biking or enjoying the beautiful Inlet Beach. The owners were kind, helpful and prompt in their responses. Crossing 98 to get to the beach was sometimes scary, so it be ideal when the official crosswalk is complete. Overall a great spring break!

Best Vrbo experience yet! The house was impeccably decorated and clean, with thoughtful amenities provided (e.g., wool dryer balls, K-cups, filtered water pitchers). Beds were extremely comfortable. Modern, crisp aesthetic was quite pleasing. The bikes were easy to use and a great way to not have to rent a car! Beach amenities were plentiful and the umbrellas helped us spend as much time at the beach as we wanted! Communication w/ Andy was quick and helpful from the start of our planning through to the last day. We’d rent here again in a heartbeat, and hope to next year!

If 2020 wasn’t crazy enough, we decided to build a beach house. Tiffany grew up going to 30A, but it wasn’t until they got married that Andy discovered the place that has been a huge source of joy. That source of joy has propelled us into starting a short-term vacation rental that others can experience and make lasting memories with family and friends.

We reside north of Atlanta, Georgia. We have two kids and two dogs. We enjoy adventuring together outdoors, going to the beach (obviously), creating memories through experiences, and quality time with our friends and family.
