200 feet from Beach Access, Ocean views, and Pet Friendly

Vitamin Sea is a five bedroom, four bath home located less than 200 feet from dedicated beach access. The top floor has ocean views and a large deck that covers the entire front section of the house and the side. There is no need to drive to the beach. Simply walk to the beach access or sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean breeze.

The top floor has a fully renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and living area with ocean views. The master also has views outside the French doors that open to the deck. An additional guest bedroom and bathroom are upstairs alongside a master bathroom.

The bottom floor has three bedrooms and an additional living area with a TV perfect for setting up a gaming system for the kids. One bedroom has two full size beds, one bedroom has a queen bed with it’s own bathroom, and the third room is a bunk room with a full bottom bunk below a twin. A downstairs bathroom has double vanities and a tub.

Location, Location, Location....

Located on the west side of Panama City Beach in the Laguna Beach Community, Vitamin Sea is situated in one of the most desirable areas of the beach. Dedicated Beach access provides quick beach access and a clear view from the deck while amenities and entertainment options are close by.

Pier Park, with its many restaurants, bars, and shopping options is just three and a half miles from the property and we are conveniently located just three blocks away from the Carousel Market (a neighborhood grocery store) and a half mile from Thomas Donuts.

The house was just as described with accurate pictures. The ocean view from the top deck of the house was awesome! We were so close to the beach that my 80 year old mother in law could walk there. The beach wasn’t crowded and the sunsets were amazing! The house had everything we needed and we were able to prepare several meals there. The host communicated well and was very friendly! We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

Very pleased, The house was exactly how it is listed. We had to spend more time at the house than we had planned on. The beach had double red flags the whole week. Jacob was helpful with alternative outings other than the beach. We couldn’t be happier with the property and location. The view of the Gulf is great.

Long weekend reprieve!

Outstanding Stay

Our family of 11 which included a 3 year old and an 8 month old arrived on Saturday for a 7 days stay. The house was exactly as pictured and is truly an very short walk to beach access. The beach was not over crowded. We were able to set up our tent each morning and have plenty of breathing room. The house had everything we needed to get our stay started even including some unexpected beach equipment. Everything was outstanding and we had not complaints or issues. Highly recommended for a large family!

Wonderful House

Great property very close to the ocean, the wrap around deck is great for enjoying the Florida weather and watching sunsets. The house is also close to grocery stores and restaurants which was very convenient.

Unbeatable, Expectations Exceeded

The property is GORGEOUS, so close to the beach and conveniently located for all the running around we did. It took all of 2 minutes from the deck to the sand! The house accommodated 5 adults, 5 kids (4-13 yo) and 3 large dogs. No one felt crowded, everyone was delighted with their space. Speaking of comfort, the master bedroom’s king bed was top notch! Only my parents (who slept downstairs in the bedroom with attached bath) said their bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but that it wasn’t awful either. We stayed an entire week and never had a reason to reach out to the owner, which speaks volumes! We will certainly be back to this property next year!!

Great First Visit to the Gulf

This house was great! We were a group of 12. We had plenty of room to spread out with a living area upstairs and downstairs. There were 4 bathrooms which were very accommodating for a group of our size. The location of this property to the beach was perfect to walk to the beach. This house is located in an area that is very quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. This is a house we would definitely book again.

I’ve stayed in many beach homes over 3 decades for family vacations this was by far at the top.

Great location. The home was nicely done. Very comfortable & clean. Great floor plan with five bedrooms & four full bathrooms with shoes. The cottage has a great floor plan. Outdoor deck plenty of room to brill & relax. Nice vies fro the deck. 1-2 minutes tops you can walk to the beach you can see from the top deck. The place was immaculate. Beautiful home. Comfortable furniture. What a great family time we had. Thank you so much for allowling to stay at your beach house. Definitely are considering doing it again with the family. The owners seem to be genuinely good people.

Location, Location, Location

Cannot beat the location - you can see the sand from the house and it is a very short walk. The beach is beautiful and almost private the week we were there. The house is well stocked and we liked the two living rooms and ability to spread out on the two levels. The master bath and kitchen could use an upgrade but not a deal breaker. We would rent again.

Wonderful Stay!

Vitamin Sea was the perfect location! It was beautifully decorated and the view was amazing! Lots of things to do within a 10 minute drive if you choose to leave.

Great Location! Pet Friendly! Awesome Home!

I would definitely recommend this home if you have dogs. The large deck is perfect for your fur babies. Loved the location, just steps from the beach. Very peaceful, enough distance from high rise condos where traffic is low but close enough to be in the thick of it if you want. Home has everything you need from extra towels to all your kitchen needs....we had a crab boil and the crab pot was already there ready to go. 5 star all the way! We will definitely be back.

We are a family that loves the Beach! We are available to our guests 24/7 and our number one goal is to have other families returning to enjoy our beach house as much as we have.

Laguna beach is a quiet beach town with no development on the dunes. This makes it unique in the area and provides clear view of the water along the sidewalks that border the dunes. The entertainment venues of PCB are close by and the beach is even closer!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love to sit out on the deck with cold drinks, a cooler full of oysters and shuck them while watching the sun set! The house's location, layout, and deck design really appeal to us and we spent a lot of time thinking about the best approach when remodeling.

The proximity to the beach means that anybody in the family can run inside to grab something or to take a nap while the rest of the crew stay on the beach.
