Enjoy direct access to Lake Wheeler in a 3br/3ba fully furnished lakefront home with day dock. Sleeps 6 adults, all 3 bedrooms have an attached bathroom, and provides a full kitchen, screened back porch, indoor and outdoor dining with a view, outdoor grill, great fishing, swimming. Family friendly (Pack-n-play, high-chair, outlet plugs). Up to 2 dogs (<50 lbs each) allowed for additional pet fee $150/stay. Government issued ID/DL required upon booking. On-site is Lucy's Branch Marina with boat slips, rentals, waterfront barge restaurant with live music Friday-Sundays. High speed internet provided. Joe Wheeler State Park close by. We (Phillip and Reiga) have 2 young boys and all enjoy using the lake house ourselves when we have time. We own and manage rental of the house ourselves, and live not too far away from the lake house, in Athens, AL.

Why they chose this property

One of the great things about the house is the proximity to everything you need to have a good trip to the lake. There is a full service marina and restaurant on-site and Athens is a short drive away for other restaurants, groceries, and stores. The house also has one of the best lake views around and very excellent fishing.
