Ideally located in Las Ramblas, Orihuela Costa, on the Costa Blanca, our holiday apartment enjoys a prime location, just 35 minutes from Murcia Airport and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport. With fine sandy beaches only minutes away, renowned golf courses, a wide selection of restaurants, pleasant walks along the canal, and the nearby La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, everything is in place for a comfortable, sunny and relaxing stay.

Located on the first floor of the El Lago residence, the apartment offers a bright and welcoming setting with a terrace and a private solarium boasting stunning views over the communal pool and the golf course. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate 4 guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, hob, cooking utensils, fridge/freezer, and more. A washing machine is also available. The residence is quiet and secure, and you benefit from private parking.

The La Fuente shopping centre (shops, restaurants and bars) is within walking distance. Beaches are less than 10 minutes by car, and several prestigious golf courses are just minutes away. This apartment combines modern comfort, pleasant outdoor spaces and full amenities for a perfect holiday on the Costa Blanca.

Lovely apartment, great location

Cannot fault anything about this apartment or the check in process. Communication with Carolyn was excellent. The location to amenities was good and the apartment was safe and secure. We had lots of rain while we were there so the full English tv channels came in useful. We will definately be booking this apartment again

Lovely stay

We had a great break in a lovely location. Everything is close by and within walking distance. The key holder Carolyn was very easy to contact and gave us an easy introduction to the property. Vince was very good and could not have been more helpful, he also responded very quickly to any questions that we asked him. Thank you Vince we would be happy to use your services again, hopefully soon

Lovely sun deck

Great sun deck with lovely views.pool area lovely and kept to high standard well equipped kitchen and washing machine. No air conditioning in 2 bedroom. Lovely location walking distance to an Aldi, bars and restaurants.

Perfectly lovely

We had a lovely week staying here. All the facilities matched our requirements. We booked with less than a week to go ( other well known booking site starting with Air let us down by cancelling our booking). Vince answered all our questions very quickly - we were torn between 2 properties on same location - we welcomed his recommendation. We were also very lucky that Carolyn was happy to make herself available for a late night arrival - Carolyn was super lovely to deal with and reacted. Ty quickly yo messages to. We ate out all the time so only used apartment for the odd sandwich or cup of coffee but it seemed to have everything you would need, but, a simple guide/translation to the washing machine would be useful for my husband. Maybe think about adding a tourist map for those who are unfamiliar with the area. Pool was lovely - never got busy whilst we were there(first week July) and mainly had it to ourselves. Met some of the permanent residents who were lovely and helpful. Well located for short walk to La Fuente and it’s bars/restaurants. We hired a car to ferry kids to La Zenia etc. One of our favourite bars was Kulturis - basically next to the garden centre and mini golf- lovely wine and breakfast. Being picky the only thing I may have added to the letting description was the number of steps to apartment/solarium and to pool which were a moderate challenge as my husband had just had a knee replacement. Hope to come back as it was so lovely.

Le logement était très propre et très agréable, il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. L’environnement était très calme, l’espace autour de la piscine très bien amenagé et super pour les enfants. L’appartement est aussi très bien situé.

Vollauf begeistert

Wir waren richtig begeistert von der Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort. Die Kinder fanden die Wohnung auch super schön und wir haben wunderbare Stunden im Pool verbracht. Die Terrasse mit fantastischem Überblick über die Anlage und die Gegend lädt zum verweilen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Nous avons passée 2 magnifiques semaines dans cette région et dans cette résidence. L appartement est très agréable et le Roof top est parfait. Manque peut être une petite cuisine aménagée sur le toit mais tout était très bien . Beaucoup de linge de lit et maison à disposition et Matériel de plage

Appartement agréable et spacieux

La mer et les promenades sont un peu éloignées . Difficile de faire quelque chose sans voiture . L'urbanisation est bien entretenue ; la piscine et la télé sont bienvenues . Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.
