The vintage Lowcountry character of this old beach house has been endearingly refreshed and updated. One porch was dramatically enlarged and screened-in to overlook the private pool. The second porch transformed into a cozy sunroom.
The refurbished ground floor has an en suite bedroom, washer/dryer nook, and internal stairs to the main floor. A picnic table and outdoor shower with changing room are located under the shade of the house. Parking is available on two sides of this corner lot.
The prized corner lot position puts this home on a short side street with direct beach access. A small boat landing is steps away across the road, perfect for launching kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the saltmarsh creek.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
