POOL: L-shaped sun/shade pool boasts an open-sky area with waterfall and tanning ledge and shaded under-the-house area with jetted nook and submerged bar stools near the poolside bar. Additional features include paved patio surround, deck seating, dining set, grill, mounted smart TV, evening pool lighting, ceiling fans, restroom, and enclosed hot/cold shower. Optional pool heating is available for a fee and only when the outdoor temps maintain above 67 degrees. Allow at least 24 hours for heat to take effect.
BEACH ACCESS: Leaving the driveway on Springs Ave, head north 5 doors down to the corner bend in the road or head south 6 doors down to the intersection with Pritchard Street.
CREEK ACCESS: Leaving the driveway, head 6 doors south and turn right on Pritchard Street. The Pritchard Street boat landing is 4 short blocks down.
PARKING: Covered parking for 3 vehicles plus private driveway can park 2 vehicles.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial-week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.
