Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the cabin. Just note this is a Quad cabin, so there are 3 other units connected to this unit with shared access to the grounds and yard amenities.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

The Neighborhood
You’ll be in a quiet, nature-filled area of Dahlonega, about 15 minutes from wineries and about 65 miles north of downtown Atlanta. The property offers a residential atmosphere and is perfect for a peaceful getaway. About a 10-minute drive gets you to the heart of Dahlonega, where you'll find a variety of local attractions, including the picturesque Dahlonega Square, where you can explore unique shops and dine at delicious restaurants. Getting Around
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located about 75 miles from the property.

When you enter the property, there is a gravel driveway that leads down to the cabin. You may park in the parking area. Please be aware that other guests' cars (of the other units) will be parked there too.

There may not be access to Uber or Lyft, so please keep this in mind. A car is the best way to access the property and surrounding areas.

Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:

This cabin is one of 4 connected units, so you’ll hear other guests when the units are occupied. The grounds and amenities in the backyard are shared by all.

There are stairs to climb a set of stairs to get up to the property’s entrance. Please be mindful of that.

Wi-Fi and cell service drop in and out at times, and some people find it hard to get service at all, so please be aware of that. (could be a great opportunity, however, to disconnect and enjoy bonding with loved ones!)

The property is in a heavily wooded area. Please be aware that bugs can get in from time to time. And while we do have pest control scheduled regularly, bugs can still get in. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

Cozy & Quiet
Fantastic place to stay! Location was fantastic and close to Historical Dahlonega. The space felt bigger than pics which was a nice surprise. Super fast internet which was helpful when I needed to work for a few hrs. The host was amazing, great communication before, during, and after the stay. Thankful for their directions to access this place.

Really Disappointed - Not the Idyllic Property As Described
My wife and I are seniors and were traveling with our two mini Schnauzers. We booked for Dec 24, 25, and 26. It rained steadily on Christmas day and the day after. The property has 3 units on the upper main level of what appears to be a house. A fourth unit (where we stayed) is the basement of the structure, and accessible only by walking around to the back of the structure on a fairly steep downhill grade that turned out to be very slippery and not suitable for use by older or unstable persons. There were no mats to clean off our shoes as we entered the unit, and keeping the unit clean was a real challenge as we did not bring our own cleaning supplies. The interior was bright and cheery, but the view to the outside was blocked by stairs coming down from the upstairs units. The backyard is actually a steep drop-off (not quite a cliff, but close) down to the creek and not at all as you are led to believe by the description. Bathroom was TINY, and hand/bath soaps were not supplied. There was no place to lay out our own toiletries. Had we known that we would be stuck in a basement apartment with absolutely no view, we would not have stayed here. The upstairs units as they appear in the photos, were what we expected.

Spacious, comfortable & well equipped
We came to town for a graduation at UNG and needed a place to stay with our fur baby. This was a beautiful place. It was so comfortable and perfect for our weekend getaway. I wish would have had more time to explore the property.

Great stay
We had a terrific experience in one of the 4 units on this property. The rooms were beautifully furnished with very comfortable furniture. The king size bed had very soft sheets. It was wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Cell service was very spotty which is to be expected given the location. Just be sure to download any critical directions. I highly recommend this property.

Magnificent
We stayed for 5 days in this spacious, clean, well-equipped "home". The space is exactly as shown in pictures. The king bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the serenity of the location with the woods and nature out the back door. There were no surprises and surpassed expectations for my first time use of VRBO. Allison was prompt to reply when I failed to read the arrival day email that that told me the room is down the slight hill, around back of the building. My bad!! Duh. So pay attention to your VRBO emails. You'll get many. Hope to visit again and know where I'll be staying.
