The host was quick to answer any questions before arrival. The place was lovely with a perfect view of downtown. Having it decorated for Christmas made is very festive. There was plenty of room for the 4 adults and having a fire pit outside was an added bonus. We loved that it was so close to the square. We would highly recommended staying here

Wonderful girls getaway. The view is stunning, especially at night with the downtown Christmas lights. The property was much bigger than expected, and they had decorated for Christmas, which was a nice surprise. 10/10 recommend staying here for your Dahlonega trip!

This was an amazing property! Very clean and many thoughtful touches like water bottles in the fridge , firewood for the fire pit , coffee pods , and even chocolates. Smooth check in , excellent communication from host and very quiet . we loved the amazing view ! We highly recommend.

This home was conveniently located to downtown Dahlonega, and it was probably the cleanest place we’ve stayed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was so comfy, the coffee station impressive, and the views were gorgeous. We have recommended this place to friends and will return in the future.

Beautiful place! Description of property was accurate, and communication with the host was extremely fast. So convenient to downtown and other attractions and restaurants. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The view of the city and mountains was the cherry on top.

From the minute we walked in we felt a fresh and peacefulness about the place. We enjoyed every space indoors and out. There were special touches throughout! The deco touches were beautifully presented. Furnishings were cozy and comfortable! The mattresses were very comfortable…There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like! The wide staircase and landing was a nice surprise. Check out was simple. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It was perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and comfortable. The view from the back over the town is beautiful. It is in a very quiet area and we spent every evening enjoying the fire pit. Chad was great at communicating with us for anything that we needed. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Beyond expectations

The property was absolutely immaculate. Chad obviously strives to give a beyond 5 star experience, and he succeeds. Close to downtown. Amazing view from the patio. Highly recommend.

We can not say enough about this beautiful property!! The view, cleanliness and attention to detail was top notch. The decor is beautifully done and the color palette/ethetic carried throughout the unit, just beautiful. We enjoyed the fire pit 3 of our nights there. The location was perfect to downtown, Publix, vineyards and the hiking we had planned. Thank you Chad and Jill, we look forward to coming back!

Weekend away

This property is awesome. One of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. All appliances are new and we needed nothing. The view of mountains over downtown is awesome.

Perfect location with amazing views!

My parents and I traveled to Dahlonega for my nephew's graduation from UNG. The condo was in a fantastic location with a view right onto the UNG campus! Every detail is so well thought out from the stocked coffee station to the miniature shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in the bathrooms to the bathrobes in the closets. It is a very short drive to downtown Dahlonega with all the small town charm it has to offer and near lots of hikes, waterfalls and other very quaint and fun North Georgia towns. I also appreciated the en suite bathrooms in each bedroom and the outdoor living. I stayed in the room with the second story verandah and my morning views were incredible! We spent evenings relaxing on the enclosed patio watching the sunsets and the birds. We really cannot recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The townhouse was beautiful and exactly as described. The owners went above and beyond - stocking the fridge with cold water, providing wood for the fire pit, and offering a stocked coffee bar. It’s just a 5-minute drive to downtown Dahlonega. But the best part? The view - absolutely stunning!
