Small but fine, well-equipped apartment on the first floor of an older house right in the pedestrian zone in the picturesque old town of Avignon, a few steps from the Papal Palace, theaters, opera, market hall, shops and many other sights. The city train station is also within walking distance within a few minutes to reach.
Large windows and light-flooded, high rooms with the charm of French home decor.
Shower room and well-equipped kitchenette are available.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Additional information about the rental prices:
The price indicated is for 2 persons, each extra person will pay € 20,- per night upon arrival.
The mandatory fee for final cleaning is € 50,- and is due in cash when moving in on site.

Appartement au coeur d Avignon

Nous étions en Avignon pour le Festival. Cela fut un très, très beau sejour. L appartement était parfait. Tellement bien placé. Et très bien aménagé. Un mot supplémentaire sur la propreté, rien à redire. Bravo. Je recommande cet appartement.

Petit appartement très fonctionnel en plein centre d'Avignon intra muros. Restaurants et lieux historiques tout proche, tout se fait à pieds. Belle adresse.

Entspannte Auszeit in Avignon

Ich habe diese kleine Altstadtwohnung für 6 Wochen gemietet. Sie ist gut gestaltet, hell und teils sonnig dank den 4 grossen Fenstern (Eckwohnung, 1. Stock). Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch Markthalle) innert 5 Gehminuten. Verkehrsfreie Zone. Tagsüber ist das Treiben auf der Gasse quirlig, nachts war es total still. Die Wohnung selbst erschien auf den ersten Blick sauber. Das 2-Plattenrechaud ist neu und sehr nützlich. Andere Geräte (Mikrowelle, Föhn, Wasserkocher, TV) mögen bescheidenen Ansprüchen für den Eigengebrauch genügen. Ich danke Frau C.M, dass ich den Herbst hier erleben durfte, mit vielen spannenden Eindrücken - es war eine reiche Zeit!

L'appartamento, nel quale abbiamo soggiornato dal 4 al 7 agosto, è ben disposto: cucina, tavolo da pranzo in un piccolo soggiorno, e camera da letto. Pulito ed ordinato, letto comodo, la cucina aveva quanto necessario ma abbiamo sentito la mancanza di una maccina per il caffé con alcune cialde, oggi si tratta di una dotazione oramai di routine. C'era l'apparecchio per il caffé americano, ma mancava il caffè, come lo zucchero e quei prodotti generi che a casa propria si utilizzano ma che ci si aspetta di trovare in una guest house. La collocazione è meravigliosa, a pochi passi dal Palazzo dei Papi, splendida davvero, anzi incantevole. La ragione per il quale in giudizio è negativo è il caldo. L'appartamento non ha aria condizionata, la temperatura, nei giorni della nostra vacanza, è stata torrida, mediamente 34/35 gradi. Di notte il caldo era soffocante e tenere aperte le finestre era l'unico modo per respirare. Ma l'appartamento è al primo piano e con le finestre aperte i rumori del passanti erano fortissimi. Tra caldo e confusione non si è dormito in nessuna delle tre notti della nostra vacanza. Per un soggiorno in primavera o autunno, questa guest house è meravigliosa, da 5 stelle. Ma purtroppo noi siamo stati ad Avignone in piena e calda estate, ed il soggiorno è stato terribile.

Appartement bien situé pour un festivalier - au coeur d'Avignon - l'appartement est propre et correctement équipé - les parties communes de l'immeuble pourraient être rafraichies. Au final c'est OK.

Overall nice apartment in a good location

I went between giving this a 4 or 3. The reason not higher is that for three days I had no hot water. I suspect this is a rare occurrence thus I went with a 4. The WiFi was weak and didn't always work. Romain, my contact nearby was wonderful and very helpful. He even let me borrow his tiny shower across the street. Formidable séjour dans appartement très mignon en plein centre de la ville

J'ai passé 10 jours à Avignon pour assister au Festival 2017. L'appartement était absolument idéal car extrêmement central, bien aménagé et parfaitement fonctionnel, lumineux, très propre et bien entretenu. Ma collègue et moi-même pouvions rentrer faire une petite sieste entre deux spectacles, ce qui était très pratique. Nous avons été accueillies par le très sympathique Romain, qui tient le snack Miam Miam en face de l'appartement. C'est lui qui nous a donné les clefs et qui a été notre interlocuteur sur place. Tout s'est passé à merveille - merci à lui ! S'il y avait un point critique à émettre : il s'agirait plutôt de l'inconvénient d'un formidable avantage... L'appartement est situé dans le quartier piéton du centre-ville (un atout !) et les rues sont nettoyées bruyamment très tôt le matin. Si l'on apprécie en été dormir la fenêtre ouverte comme moi, alors il faut se faire au bruit de la rue ou bien chercher à se loger ailleurs. Merci beaucoup Claudia ! Je recommanderai votre appartement très volontiers et reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
