Located on the Norris Lake shoreline in Deerfield Estates. Easy, gentle slope for walking to your private dock or bring or rent a golf cart to ride from driveway to dock. Enter the home's main level to see the large living room with fantastic views of the lake. A modern kitchen and dining room overlooks the living area. The kitchen area has a half bathroom and laundry room. A huge deck with a propane (free) grill and plenty of seating overlooks the lake.
The main level also provides a king suite with private bathroom featuring a large tub and walk in shower.
The lower level provides a second living room featuring a billiard table and card table and bedroom #2 (king suite with private bathroom). A short hallway leads to bedroom #3 (king), bedroom 4 (twin/twin bunk, twin/full bunk, and another twin/full bunk), and a common full bathroom.
Outside is a huge, covered lanai deck with large table, comfortable seating, and a swing making the perfect reading room.
Take the gentle slope to your private dock with 2 covered boat slips, 2 jet ski docks, large swim platform ladder, and room for 1 uncovered boat. If you prefer to rent your watercraft, contact NorrisLakeWaterSports and ask for the Bertke 10% discount and delivery options.
