Welcome to Overlook Nook on Norris Lake! This 5 bedroom/4.5 bath home is located on Deer Hill right between Springs Dock and Deerfield Marina. First floor includes primary bedroom and bath, laundry room, chef's kitchen, open floorplan with gas fireplace. Lower-Level features two more primary bedrooms with attached bathrooms, two bunk rooms with jack and jill bath, kitchenette, sleeper sectional and second laundry room with commercial ice maker. Expansive deck that wraps around the home and opens down to the heated saltwater pool. Gorgeous 180-degree lake views from the deck and hot tub. Home includes access to private boat slip less than 1 minute from home.

Traci was wonderful, responded quickly to any questions I had. The house is an absolute gem, beautiful view of the lake and just so peaceful and quiet. We felt safe and comfortable as if we were at our own home.

This trip was our Christmas present with our family. The house is amazing and the view of the lake is the cherry on top !!! We had a trip filled with delicious meals, game nights and roasted s’mores after dinner. Communication with owner was wonderful - kind and helpful. We love Norris Lake and look forward to our next stay. Kitchen was well stocked and the home was well equipped for our large family.

It was cold, but with heater the kids were still able to use the pool. The owners were absolutely amazing/gracious. Beautiful, comfortable and peaceful week. Only drawback was some family members came in at night, road was challenging and should be done in the daylight if not familiar

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous home! This home includes everything and more! First off…we had friends who are a builder and interior designer with us, and they were in awe of the home and finishings chosen! Beautiful! Kitchen is fully stocked. I love cooking, and this home has everything you could ever need! A huge win when staying with another family, is two sets of washers and dryers. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! We spent most of our time on the massive patio enjoying dinners, drinks, laughs, and every sunrise and sunset we could! Beds were super comfortable! And only an hour drive to see the Vols, which we did! We will definitely be back! This house and the hosts were superb!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Norris Lake vacation home! The view was breathtaking, the home itself was beautiful, and it was spotless throughout. The owners were fantastic to work with—very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with during the rental process. The pool and fire pit were perfect for the kids and added so much fun to our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Norris Lake!

A wonderful week

Wonderful house with gorgeous views, great pool, great kitchen. Furniture a bit sparse in lower level and at pool (more lounge chairs are needed). Outdoor cushions are soiled. Beds are very comfortable.

Wonderful house with a great view

We had a great stay. The house has an incredible view of the lake. We ate most of our meals on the back porch. The pool isn’t huge, but big enough for our group to stay cool. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your group. Traci was very responsive when we had questions. This was our first time at Norris Lake so we didn’t appreciate it is fairly remote. If you like a lot of peace and quiet or spending your week on a boat this is your spot, but if you are looking for a variety of restaurants, other recreational activities or quaint small towns to walk through, this might not be a great fit.

Great house to host a bachelor party!

Had a group of 15 guys stay here for a long weekend and this property covered basically anything you could need to entertain a large group like ours. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms that were all clean and comfortable. No problems with running out of hot water. Could maybe have more towels but there is a washer and dryer, so if you don't have a group of 15 lazy guys, that will obviously not be an issue. Nice for renting a boat, not walkable, but you can take a short drive down to the boat slip where you can load and unload guests. Outdoor space on the house is tremendous, with two large tables, a nice griddle, outdoor furniture, a television, and of course a pool and hot tub that all worked great. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The power went out during a big storm - there is no backup generator, and it took about 3-5 hours for it to come back on.

Graduation Weekend Stay

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for a weekend to attend a graduation at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, TN. The house is stunning and looks even better in person than in the photos. Traci was very responsive and easily accessible throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this amazing home!

Amazing Views & Everything You Need

We stayed here for a week over spring break with 4 families. Although the weather didn’t cooperate with us as much as we would have liked, the home was stunning, clean, and fully stocked for our stay. We enjoyed the pool, hottub, and outdoor TV. We also loved relaxing on the back deck and enjoying views of the lake. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic family getaway

Wonderful home with stunning view. Gourmet kitchen was excellent for large family dinners. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and warm/hot! Definitely recommend.

Nice view but not clean enough for me.

Nice house with gorgeous views of the lake. Well stocked with the exception of a wine opener. The only negative comment I have is the property isn’t being cleaned/maintained as it should. The air filters were absolutely disgusting. I don’t think they had been changed in a very long time. There were ants in the home due to food not being cleaned up from the floor. Cobwebs hanging on the ceiling fans as well as almost every corner in the house. Stains and hair on the bedding. The outside sitting areas had not been cleaned either. I will say the host was very responsive and sent her cleaner out to change the filters. I have pictures however there is no way to attach them.

Beautiful inside and out!

Very nice home. Every we needed to feel like home. Views are spectacular! We enjoyed the pool while watching the boaters. Very comfortable beds! Loved the surrounding deck. Hosts are very responsive and great to work with. Would stay again. Thanks much!

Our Norris Lake stay

House was beautiful and had an amazing view of the lake! There was a very equipped kitchen for all our needs. Lots of space for us to spread out and relax. Lots of seating on the deck for us all to eat together.

PICTURES DON’T DO IT JUSTICE! 😍

My family joked the entire stay that this is the only place we’ve ever stayed that is even nicer than the already incredible photos. It was like we lived in a movie for about summer lake living for a week. Highly impressed with the overall space, the cleanliness, and above and beyond communication by Traci and Matt. We wish we could give it higher than 5 stars. We will be back!

Best stay ever!

My family and I have stayed in several homes on VRBO and this one was by far the best! The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked! I can't say enough about this house. The kitchen was stocked with items to make your stay comfortable, we didn't lack for anything. There was even a child's drawer stocked with children spoons, forks, cups and plates! We found this very useful for our 2 year old granddaughter. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and grilling on the Blackstone. I haven't even mentioned the view of Norris Lake! I really can't think of anything that would have made our stay better. Traci, the property owner was very friendly and fast to answer all of our questions. If you are looking for the perfect spot to enjoy the Lake, look no further!
