The main house is 80 square meters, with an adjoining studio of 15 square meters, has a garden and a Jacuzzi, ideal for tourist vacations and ready to accommodate six people.
It is ideally located in the town center, close to the Etang de Moliets lake, 550 m from the Tourist Office, 7 minutes by car from the BEACH, and close to bars, restaurants, and shops.

Les Gemmeurs is a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.

The house has a surface area of 80 m² and the separate studio is 15 m². Here is a breakdown of the rooms:

- a closed bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and closets;
- a superb mezzanine with a large skylight overlooking the whole space in the same style, offering a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and a desk area;
- a separate 15 m² studio, converted into a second separate bedroom, with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a walk-in shower room with toilet, and a small kitchenette equipped with a hob and refrigerator;
- A spacious and beautifully decorated living room, furnished in a contemporary southwestern style, combining the living room and dining room, opening onto the outside thanks to large sliding glass doors, which can be opened completely and disappear into the partition to allow you to live entirely outdoors.
- In terms of bathrooms, a large shower room and separate toilet complete the picture.
- Let's not forget the laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
- A fully equipped open kitchen.

An important bonus: there is air conditioning installed in both the main house and the studio: a reversible air conditioning system providing high-quality heating and additional electric radiators for winter stays.

You can walk around the house and garden via a wooden walkway, discovering different atmospheres and lighting depending on the time of day... just like a promenade deck on a boat!
Garden furniture and deckchairs are at your disposal, as well as a state-of-the-art electric plancha grill! The “chic” bonus of this unique house is the spa at the rear, which is not overlooked (maximum 5 people), allowing you to relax after your day's walks!
Another surprise: a boules court at the front of the house is also available for games of pétanque with friends or family!
Everything is in place for you to have a great time! Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest's stay.

The village center is 5 minutes away and the two beaches of Moliets are 15 minutes away... by bike! These are the Chênes Lièges, a quieter and more secluded “green” beach, and the “central” beach of Moliets, with its bars and restaurants nearby: choose according to your mood of the day!
Close to the house you will find restaurants, the Adrenaline Park (16 minutes on foot), a bike rental service...
The Moliets lake is a 5-minute walk away, where you can go for a stroll or fish!

For your daily shopping needs, you will find a U Express and Drive supermarket 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bike, in the town of Moliets, as well as a butcher's, bakery, pharmacy, and tobacconist/newsagent.

Not far away, you will find the Basque pelota court and the town center church, just a 5-minute walk from your house... Immerse yourself immediately in Moliets life, and enjoy peaceful evenings in the summer. You are 15 minutes by bike from the two beautiful beaches of Moliets, “Chênes Lièges” and “Centrale,” and not far from the international golf course: everything is accessible without a car, quietly and serenely.
The famous Vélodysée, the long cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes right by the house, allowing you to enjoy beautiful, easy rides through pine forests and reach the beaches mentioned above.
At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maa perfectly embodies the oceanic charm of the Landes coast.
