Directly under the thatched roof you can really feel good and let your mind wander. The proximity to the Saaler Bodden is just a highlight. The bathing area at the nearby Bernsteinsee with water skiing and wakeboarding is not a 5 minute walk away. The Bernsteinstadt Ribnitz-Damgarten with the versatile shopping possibilities is located not far 2 km away. Simply ideal for hiking, cycling or Nordic walking. Nestled in this charming landscape, away from the flooding traffic and the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only 7 km from the house. FK05: 2017 COMPLETELY RENOVATED AND MODERNLY FURNISHED The apartment "Leni" with approx. 65 m² of total living space is located in the attic and was completely renovated in 2017 and lovingly furnished. It is available for up to 3 people. An outside staircase leads to the apartment. Now you enter the living area with an integrated fitted kitchen and dining area. The living area has a cozy corner couch with couch table, a sideboard and a flat screen TV. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water cooker and toaster. Sufficient crockery and cutlery are available. In the large bedroom you will find a double bed, wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a flat screen TV. The smaller bedroom has a single bed. The shower room is equipped with a modern glass shower, WC and wash basin. Additionally there is a separate toilet with washing table. On the covered terrace with balcony furniture you can end the evening in peace. Electricity and water are included in the rent. Internet / WLAN is available and can be used free of charge. A car parking space as well as a lockable storage room for bicycles brought or rented are at your disposal during your stay. Bed linen is provided free of charge during your stay. Please do not forget to bring your own towels. Towels are also available for a fee. We charge a deposit of 150 euros according to the terms and conditions. The reimbursement is made without damage. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
