Brett Davis, a Fredericksburg local, has managed the Bluebonnet House property since 2021 after graduating from Texas A&M and serving as a Captain in the Army for 8 years. He manages the Peach Tree Inn & Suites, the Blue House, and the Bluebonnet House with his family. With a degree in Parks and Recreation Tourism, Brett can provide guests with great places to hike and spend time outdoors in the beautiful Texas hill country. He also lived here the majority of his life which makes him a great resource of places to see and also for those that are not worth the money.
