Comfortably appointed open-concept living, kitchen, dining area. This three-bedroom, three-bath home has TWO master suites. Each master suite has a king-sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The living room sofa converts into a queen-sized bed. The home is a great space for families or a ladies' long weekend. Spacious backyard deck for outside dining complete with a hot tub and fire pit

House is super cool. Updated but has Historic Fredericksburg Charm. Location Great, Double Master, and 3rd bedroom / bath makes for great couples rental.Beds, Linens and furnishings nice, comfortable and nicely decorated. Fire Pit, Hot Tub(we did not use) too busy. Fire one night. NO Matches. Or Lighter might add this to rental. Winery, Hiking Enchanted Rock, HillCountry drives, shop, shop, drink bar hop. SPEAK EASY in Fred! Yeah. 3 bedroom 3 bath properties are hard to find in town, and we are glad we found this place. Its a very inviting and comfortable place. The layout is great for 3 couples, including the common area, which is great to hang out in. It has a well equipped kitchen with all the essentials if you like to cook. The location is safe and quiet, and there's plenty of parking in the driveway. It's also walkable to main street, including the newly opened Signor main street location, which is an awesome winery. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We rented this house for 3 couples. Couldn’t be more pleased. Our host was amazing and so thoughtful. The house is charming, conveniently located to Main Street and was impeccably clean! Bedrooms were laid out nicely and there was plenty of space for us to sit and visit both inside and out! Host thought of everything including a nice bottle of Prosecco. It was a fantastic place to relax and unwind. We will be back!!!

Very impressed with this house. The neighborhood is fabulous and quiet. Walking distance to Main Street and all the great restaurants. We were 7 women and it was perfect.

Lovely home

We greatly enjoyed our stay at He Said She Shed. The home is located within walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg and in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The home’s decor is very nice with a vintage style and very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The home is complete with a wonderful kitchen and high end appliances such as a gas stove. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the new hot tub. It was very clean. We would stay there again and give it our highest recommendation. Fredericksburg is a wonderful small town full of cute shops and great restaurants. We used it as our base to explore the Texas hill country and vineyards.

Perfect celebration

This property provided us with just about everything we needed for celebrating my sister’s birthday. We hosted a dinner party for her there with friends and had a great time. Kitchen had almost everything ( would be top notch if had more knives, better can opener, and larger pots but we made it work). Appliances were great. Us three sisters and our husbands stayed there for three nights and we had plenty of space. The place is decorated nicely and was very clean. The bottle of Prosecco upon arrival was an added bonus. House is close to everything and in a quiet cute neighborhood. We did not make use of the hot tub. Also could not use fire pit due to broken chairs and too much wind, but did not take away from the experience. Would definitely stay there again

Anniversary Weekend

6 adults stayed at this house last weekend and it was perfect. It was a little too cold to walk downtown, but Ubered for 12 bucks. Great location and great house! Super clean and easy dealing with host on checkin.

Charming Fredericksburg Home

This home is beautiful and perfect for 3 couples with two master suites. The kitchen was a great size for cooking in and the wine fridge was handy to have. There was a hot tub on site, but unfortunately it was not working when we arrived; however, the host explained the situation to us. The location was great, close to Main Street and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun Birthday Weekend

Great house for three couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Great kitchen four the group. We enjoyed the fire pit. Hot tub was not functioning but we didn’t need it.

Precious home!

We loved the house. It was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and everything is decorated lovely. The hot tub is no longer there just in case you are counting on it. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice overall but some areas needed improvement

House was very nice and beds were super comfy. I would stay again but I would reach out to the property owner before my arrival to make sure everything was working properly. Hot tub wasn't functional and was taken apart for repairs. I called the owner and she was unaware and said she would give me a small refund for the inconvenience. One of the master baths did not have hot water and that was a real bummer. I informed the owner along with a few other minor things not up to par and she said that repair are taken care of at the beginning of the new year. Maybe renting towards the end of the year was a bad idea??

The home was beautiful, very clean . There was a drawback . We chose this home because it had a hot tub . When we arrived we went to check it out. It had a tarp laying in bottom , green slimy algae and filters on the ground.They need to update listing as this was a total letdown

Beautiful & cozy home!

This home has 3 BR & 3 full baths which is great when there's 5 girlfriends spending the weekend together! The living area is a great size for gathering. It would have been too far to walk to the downtown area but still very convenient & just a few minutes in the car. A plus was getting to see the Christmas parade! I absolutely recommend this home!
