Located just a short two-mile drive to Fredericksburg's Historic Main Street and minutes from the 290 Wine Trail, makes this the perfect vacation home. Take in the sunrise or sunset from the porch watching the deer or gather around the fire-pit under the oak trees at night. Wind down at the end of the day enjoying the newly installed private hot tub and deck area.

Perfect for 2 couples

House was perfect with 2 king size beds each with private bathroom. Great for 2 couples visiting Fredericksburg. Beds were sooooo comfortable, house was very clean with everything you need, location fantastic to downtown Fredericksburg. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Deer Everywhere

Couldn't have picked a better house for our family trip to Fredericksburg!! Soaking in the stars and the hot tub every night! I think our host, Michael, must be the deer whisperer. There were so many deer!! We can't wait to come back.

Best Vrbo experience we've ever had!

We absolutely love our stay at this property. The location is great. You feel like you're in the country, but close to all Fredricksburg has to offer. We stayed for two nights, and wish it could have been longer. We saw at least 10 deer on the property during our stay. The home was completely stocked with whatever you needed, from toiletries to ice cream to a high chair, it had it all! We loved relaxing in the hot tube at night with a glass of wine. Best Virbo we have ever stayed in!

Everything about this stay was fantastic! We had deer all around the property, both day and night. Birds everywhere (we brought our own seed that they found right away). The house had everything you could ask for/utilize and was very clean when we arrived. The beds were great, along with sheets and pillows. There is a great little kitchen nook surrounded by bay windows where you can watch the wildlife while enjoying your meal. Every morning we made coffee and sat on the porch watching the sunrise while the wildlife was all around us. It was a great place to get away and just relax honestly. The hot tub was clean and in great shape along with all of the appliances. I would rate this property a 10/10 and can guarantee that my wife and I will be back, most likely sooner than later. If you're staying in Fredericksburg, this is the place to stay. We really couldnt have asked for a better experience/host!

Charming and Relaxing Getaway in Fredericksburg, TX - Perfect for Families

Dear Host, I wanted to take a moment to share with you our wonderful experience during our recent stay at your lovely rental in Fredericksburg, TX. From the moment we arrived, we were immediately impressed by the charm and character of the home. The 2 bedroom layout was perfect for our small family, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. One of the standout features of your home was the large deck, complete with a hot tub. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the town and surrounding area. We loved being able to soak in the hot tub while enjoying the beautiful Texas sunset. It was truly a memorable experience that we won't soon forget. As a family with a 10 month old, we were also pleased to find that your home was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, and we appreciated the extra touches like having a high chair. We were able to relax and enjoy our time without worrying about the little details. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at your quiet home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in Fredericksburg. My wife and I are born and raised in Nederland Texas. We enjoy hunting, fishing and all outdoor activities. We have been visiting Fredericksburg for the last 10 years annually on anniversaries and birthdays. It has been our dream to own a place in this historic wine country and be able to offer guests a unique experience that we are sure will create memories for a lifetime.

We choose this location for its close proximity to Fredericksburg yet outside of the city limits where it is not crowded by neighbors. We are a short 5 min or less drive to all of the downtown restaurants and on the winery side of town.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is unique due to its rustic, hill country feel. You can enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch while listening to the birds and watching the local deer graze. The back deck patio is perfect for evening time relaxation while sitting around the fire pit or enjoying a soak in the Hot Springs spa. Sitting in the spa with the relaxing jets, under the mature oak trees with a perfect view of the moon and stars is an experience you cannot find just anywhere. The backyard is very private and sure to create the perfect family time, or romantic experience.

Inside, each bedroom has king beds with luxury linens and pillows. Each bedroom has it's own private full bathroom which makes for a comfortable and private stay for each all guests.
