Manque de propreté.
Manque de propreté, tâches par terre au niveau de la poubelle sachant que le ménage est fait par l agence.

Rampe du vengeur
La situation de cette location est idéale pour se promener en ville (Proximité immédiate du marché et accès proche à pied du port et de la plage : 700/800 m). Par contre il est indispensable de signaler dans l'annonce que cette location ne convient pas pour des personnes en situation d'handicap en raison des difficultés d'accès au logement (Situé sur le côté de la location avec un chemin caillouteux et trois marches) et, à l'intérieur du logement, de la mezzanine pouvant s'avérer délicate (Une seule rambarde et raide). D'autre part une armoire ou un placard pour ranger ses vêtements serait pratique.

Très bien
Studio en très bon état avec toutes les commodités nécessaires (lave linge, lave vaisselle..), très agréable dans une petite rue à sens unique. Nous avions un peu peur de ne pas pouvoir nous garer facilement et, pourtant, aucun souci, de la place disponible chaque jour en revenant.
