The highlight of this residence is undoubtedly its 12x8 metre swimming pool, secured by an alarm and complemented by a covered terrace. A true paradise for enjoying the périgord sunshine and creating unforgettable memories.

A house full of charm and character
As soon as you arrive, you are welcomed by the bright entrance hall, which harmoniously connects all the living areas. On your left, you will find a large living room bathed in natural light, with a relaxation area featuring comfortable sofas and, for music lovers, an upright piano. This large living room connects to a second, more intimate living room equipped with a television.
To the right of the hall, a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, awaits you to prepare your meals in the best conditions. It opens onto a spacious dining room with direct access to two terraces, one of which is shaded by a magnificent wisteria.
A contemporary bathroom completes this level, with its walk-in shower, laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and a WC.

Upstairs, accessible via a wooden staircase in the entrance hall or a second staircase from the dining room, the sleeping area consists of three bedrooms.
The first has a large 180x200cm double bed, the second, which is particularly spacious, is divided into two parts and offers two 140x200cm double beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children. A large bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet serves these bedrooms.
Younger guests will also enjoy the games area with a games console.

Exceptional outdoor areas
What makes this property so magical is above all its exceptional surroundings. The 2.2- hectare wooded park envelops you in a natural setting and absolute tranquility. You can enjoy several terraces depending on your mood and the time of day: the double terrace on the garden side to enjoy the sun, the romantic terrace under the wisteria for more intimate moments, or the covered area by the pool to stay in the shade while watching the children swim.

For summer barbecues, the property provides two barbecues, one gas-powered for convenience, the other charcoal-fired for purists.
A carport provides comfortable shelter for your vehicle. All the necessary garden furniture is of course provided so that you can make the most of the outdoor spaces.

The house is equipped with WiFi so you can stay connected if needed, and all modern amenities are provided to make your stay easier.

A two hour maid service is included for each week of rental, with a passage in the kitchen and bathrooms so that you can enjoy your holiday with complete peace of mind.

- For even more comfort, we offer a linen pack including three towels per person (two bath towels and one pool towel) as well as all bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers)
