Welcome to our beachside paradise! Perfectly situated in Wilmington, home to famous beaches, unique restaurants, distinctive shops, local art galleries and Carolina's most vibrant boardwalk! Step outside to take a stroll at Pages Creek Park or take a short drive to explore beautiful coastal beaches, historic downtown, Riverwalk, Airlie Gardens, Fort Fisher, Battleship North Carolina, NC Aquarium and more! The perfect spot for family and friends, you will love this private getaway in Wilmington!

The space
Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home features an open floorplan and wrap around kitchen, counter height seating, dining area, dedicated work space and living room with 50" Smart HDTV. Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and trash compactor.

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, bed coverings and 42" Smart HDTVs. Master bedroom features walk-in closet, private en suite bathroom with large soaking tub, dedicated work space and 50" Smart HDTV. Spacious living room with comfy sofa, 50" Smart HDTV, laundry room, private expansive backyard with patio & pergola, free high-speed Wi-Fi, onsite parking and key-less access.

Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Family vacation

Highly recommend, host communicates in a timely manner, home is in a nice neighborhood, is close to multiple beaches and activities for all ages. We would definitely want to stay here in the future if we come to the area again.

Good weekend

Home was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Yard was well maintained. To do wish the lighting in master bathroom was brighter but overall great experience.

Exactly what we needed.

We travel through the United States working in different projects. This home was just perfect for our crew to stay and rest. They had everything they needed and were pleased with their stay. Great host always available to answer any questions.

Perfect Fit

Clean property in the right location for us close to family in the area. Some difficulty entering the property because the wifi was down but it was very easy to communicate with the property manager. They had a back up system in place that came in handy. Communication was very quick and helpful. Couldn’t ask for anything different.

Nice Neighborhood, House needs work.

Numerous issues including cleanliness and maintenance issues that should have been dealt with prior to arrival. Property has lots of potential but needs some serious TLC to bring it up to acceptable levels. Think good and hard before renting this property.

Nice house, but needed more care.

The house was nice and clean. Booking and accessing it was easy. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to the beach. However, the grass and weeds needed to be cut. The bushes needed to be trimmed. One of the bushes near the walkway was so over grown that we had to almost walk on the uncut grass to get into the house. We had to kill a few bugs and have never had to that in any house that I previously stayed. Suggest including a broom and dustpan for guest to use. The sink the the bathroom shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedroom needs to be replaced. The water does not have a consistent flow and splashes when running.

Subpar Vrbo Experience

I booked a stay at this property for Memorial Day. Overall, the property was clean, spacious, and homey. However, the property was advertised as minutes from the ocean when it’s actually 5 plus miles away. Resultantly, we couldn’t reach the beach on foot, which was disappointing. Further, the host was unresponsive outside of a few automated messages. Finally, despite caring for the property as it was my own home and cleaning extensively before leaving, we were still charged an additional 100$ fee with no explanation. I understand that Vrbos often add in extra bogus fees to increase their profitability, but this is dishonest, bad business, and in the long run not worth it for longterm profitability. I caution anyone thinking of staying here to consider other properties as better options.

Short trip

This was a short trip back to visit friends. The home was nice and spacious, beds were comfy, many tv's, large yard, great central location. We were disappointed with cleanliness. The floors were still dirty (our kids white socks were filthy), bathtub had hair and dirt in it, and some of the linens were stained. Couldn't use garage so that meant we had to carry groceries and babies in pouring rain.

Great location in Wilmington!

The house was clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It had all of the modern amenities and a big, beautiful backyard. The only small issue we had was the the electronic lock didn't work with the code provided, but we were quickly provided an alternate solution. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice stay!

Overall the house was very cute and convenient for our needs. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and sheets and towels included were nice. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. It was a nice location to restaurants and stores. It was easy to get to Wrightsville Beach. The bedrooms were okay and the master bedroom bathroom was nice too. Overall it was a very nice stay.
