This spacious 2-bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is conveniently situated in the heart of Pittsburgh's most popular neighborhood, Shadyside! In just minutes you can be at the Shadyside hospital or at the local attractions nearby. Shadyside has so much to offer that you will not want to leave this area once you arrive!
The space
This modern and urban living space comes with everything you need to make your visit feel like you’re at home. Booking was easy. Location good. However, interior more wirn than in pictures.Most importantly, there was an overpowering industrial cleaning detergent smell, and under tgat a moldy odor in the interior.

Home is in a great location and just a couple minutes drive to the universities. Very quiet, easy parking, and a nice deck in the back. House was very clean and comfortable, and communication and check-in/check-out was simple. We would definitely stay again!

Quiet but active neighborhood

Nice location. Walking distance to restaurants farmers market and more. Parking is easier then many neighborhoods. Host is receptive clean unit with nice outdoor space

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and had a great location (close to University of Pittsburg). We will stay there again if it is available for our next trip to Pittsburgh!

One of our favorites

This property was everything we could have asked for. Location was perfect, clean, quiet street, all the necessities in the kitchen (except maybe could have used a couple of bigger mugs.) We went to Pittsburgh for a Pitt sports weekend, and the convenience to upper campus was excellent. Easy check-in, and Cortney was super-responsive and communicative through the whole booking/staying/closing process. It was a pleasure to feel like he really wanted us to enjoy our time here. Bed was comfy, and although we didn't need the extra bedroom on this trip, there may be future trips where that will come in handy. We would have liked a different living room furniture configuration if we had been in the house more, as it is a bit difficult to see the t.v. where it is positioned right now. Not a problem for this trip, as we were hardly there, really just to have breakfast, and sleep. It was a busy weekend! Love the deck out back. The winter sun hits it just right in the morning, and it was really nice to sit out there and soak in some sunshine. Walking distance to Liberty Ave, where we found a great local bar, Silky's Pub. Strong drinks, reasonably priced, shuffleboard, and even though we didn't eat there, the food looked amazing. Next time, we'll get our burgers there instead of at Stack'd (which was also great, btw.)

A buddy and I stayed here for the weekend and everything was great! Shadyside is definitely the place to stay in Pittsburgh!

Thanksgiving

It was as stated. There was really nice soap and lotions for a great shower after traveling. Only thing needed was a couple more pots in the kitchen to cook. We needed to make a dish for Thanksgiving and didn’t find measuring cups or stuff but besides that excellent stay.

Reunion fun in the 'burgh!

This was the perfect spot to stay for my University of Pittsburgh reunion. Clean and comfortable. Nice, modern decor. Property manager was very responsive.

Our Pittsburgh Experience

My friend and I took a girls trip to Pittsburgh from Michigan. After a little research we chose this property because from reading, it was listed as a safe location. It was! We were very comfortable not in the house, but out walking the neighborhood. It was very quiet and all the neighbors were very nice. I would highly recommend this home for your next visit to Pittsburgh!

Hello everyone! I joined this space to help my mom, sister and nephews have a better life. I wanted to learn the ins and outs of the hospitality business. Now that I am on this journey, my future plan is to help my family stay in this area for months on end. This would be the first time my family has had the chance to experience living or visiting another area for an extended amount of time.

I do like to play an insane amount of chess; however, I am mediocre at best. I still play though! I listen to heavy doses of Eric Thomas, BiggerPockets, and Transformation Church most days.
