Welcome to 26B Van Dyke Villas!
Begin your vacation in this spacious and immaculate four-bedroom, three-bath condo located on the highly sought-after ocean block of Dewey Beach. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a large walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a smart TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while two additional bedrooms each include three twin beds, perfect for families with children needing extra space.
The open kitchen and dining area provide an ideal space for cooking and entertaining large groups. Whether your vacation style is relaxing or lively, this home is sure to accommodate your needs.
Situated on the ocean block, you're just a short walk from Dewey Beach's local bars, restaurants, and vibrant downtown. Take advantage of the nearby Jolley Trolley for a quick trip to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk for family fun. For shoppers, the tax-free Tanger Outlets and Rehoboth's boutiques are just a short drive away. Grocery stores and additional dining options are conveniently close.
Private parking for two vehicles is included. Amenities also feature an outdoor shower and Wi-Fi.

We had a beautiful week and the house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, gave everyone all the room we needed. Location was wonderful as well. We really loved the screened in porch for the evening.

Great group stay!!!

This house was perfectly located close to the beach and close to all amenities in Dewey Beach. The set up was perfect for our large group of 10 and everything we needed to make our stay pleasant was provided. This home definitely needs some fixing up here and there, but other than that it was a great property for our vacation.

Not up to expectations

There was no remote for living room TV, we found a cherry tomato under a chair and crumbs throughout living room. It honestly was not worth the cost. As far as we know no one came out re the TV. In short, it was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. The area was nice, the tenants downstairs friendly, but you need an exterminator for the ants and a real cleaning service - you can't depend on your tenants to clean properly for a new tenant.

Thank you for the review! We are sorry that you had an issue with the cleaning during your stay. We always want to make sure the guests are happy with the property and it exceeds their expectations. Unforetanelty, ants are very common at the beach. We always recommend to make sure your food is put away and their are not crumbs on the counters and floors. Ants love to snack just as much as we do! We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay with us and you will return in the future.
