On a serene and magnificent stretch of the Adriatic coast lies a beautiful holiday Villa Sole with stunning views of the sea, the neighbouring islands as well as the mountains in the background. Bedrooms are bright and spacious walking out onto the balcony with splendid views and bathrooms are equipped with contemporary fixtures, offering either a jet tub or a massage shower. Open plan modern and fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area and a comfortable living lounge painted in a beach theme make for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Recently remodelled sundeck comes with an outdoor shower, lounge seating for ten, umbrella covered dining table and a built-in authentic barbecue. Untamed green landscape is equally stunning and relaxing.With five bedroom ten adult guests are comfortably accommodated.Choice of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets is available in walking distance. A beach is a 10 min drive or a 35-minute walk.The beating heart of Croatia, extremely rich in history standing proof to occupation by multiple powers, Istria is the most multicultural region of the country with preserved Roman ruins, medieval coastal towns, excellent cuisine, superb beaches, crystal clear water, its own dialect and hospitable hosts. The mountainous center of the peninsula is home to charming villages, producing their own olive oil and delicious wine and if you find yourself here in late summer to early fall be sure to attend a truffle festival offering exquisite truffles in every way known to the gastronomic world.Fortransparency: please account for 400euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the hostand returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pool is heatedfrom April 8 - June 1, therefore please account for additional 20 euros per day, paid upon arrival locally. Perfect for our family

We loved the house. Well appointed, we had everything we needed. Very clean. Plenty of parking space and privacy. Loved cooling off in the pool. Lovely view from all the balconies! Josef provided all the info on our arrival. He even took us on a small tour to see stores, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended.

Alles super!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Das Haus ist genauso wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Zum Meer fährt man ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Pool ist ab Nachmittag im Schatten was aber nur bedingt gestört hat. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der „Hausmeister“ war zu jeder Zeit ein super Ansprechpartner und hat uns gute Insidertipps gegeben was man wie wo machen kann. Das Haus ist jeden Cent wert.

A Sweet Stay

My family and I have just stayed in this beautiful villa and what a wonderful stay it was. The views were stunning, the villa was clean and as described and well worth the money. Two things that would have made this stay even better would have been to have the jacuzzi fixed in the master bathroom and to have proper layout sun beds as the ones provided, you couldn’t lay flat or turnover on.... these two things were very minor and didn’t disrupt from us enjoying our holiday. Josip was so friendly and helpful and really helped to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your villa 😁

Beautiful and comfortable home!

Very nice modern house , fully equipped. Well situated with a magnificent view of Kvarner Bay. Although it is on a hill, it has good car parking and very easy to come down to shops and beaches. The house is ideal for a big family and the swimming pool is a highlight especially for the children. Thanks again, Josip, for making our stay so pleasant!

Sehr schönes Haus, einziger minus Punkt ist das der Pool hinterm Haus ist und somit Abends im Schatten. Sonst sehr schön mit gehobener Ausstattung.

Das großzügige Haus und der Garten mit viel Platz zum Spielen ließ uns unsere Zeit sehr genießen. Wir waren mit 2 Familien zu Gast und jeder fand auch mal einen Rückzugsort. Es gibt viel Stauraum und eine gepflegte Ausstattung. Lieben Dank an die Vermieter, die sehr hilfsbereit waren.

Fantastisch

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswochen in diesem super Haus sehr genossen! Das Haus besticht durch die excellent angelegte Terasse und den nicht zu toppenden Ausblick. Es fehlt an nichts und das Haus hat den Standard von Zuhause. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wunderbar - eine tolle Villa

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in diesem Haus und hatten absolut genügend Platz für alle. Das Wetter war super, d.h. sogar relativ heiss für den Juni, das Haus ist jedoch voll klimatisiert. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen, es ist modern und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, die Aussicht auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir wollen im nächsten Jahr in das andere Haus kommen, welches die Hausbesitzer auf Krk haben. Wir hatten eiinen klasse Urlaub!

Schönes Haus mit genialer Aussicht

Diese Villa wurde erst seit diesem Jahr als Urlaubshaus vermietet und ist dementsprechend neu, d.h. renoviert. Die Zimmer sind alle wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, der Pool ist gross. Von diesem Haus aus hat man eine geniale Aussicht auf das Meer. Bis zum sehr mondänen Ort Icici sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, hier gibt es einen tollen Yachthafen und wirklich schöne Strände. Wir waren bislang nur in Istrien, diese Ecke gefällt uns jedoch auch sehr gut,absolut zu empfehlen! Die Hausbesitzer waren ebenfalls unheimlich hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Anke, die uns dieses Haus vermittelt hat, ist absolut spitze, mit vielen Ratschlägen, per Mail und Handy immer zu erreichen und immer parat. Danke für den tollen wenn auch kurzen Urlaub.
