2-family house "Kos", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Šumber 2.5 km from the centre of Nedešćina, 7 km from the centre of Labin, 9 km from the centre of Rabac, 9 km from the sea. Private: property 3'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 17.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, badminton, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, table football, trampoline, washing machine (extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 7.2 km, pebble beach 9 km, rocky beach 9 km. Marina 9 km. Youth groups are not allowed. Private:outdoor kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, oven, freezer).
8-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, sep. WC. No heating option. 2 balconies, terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed, 2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

Wonderful vacation

Owner – very friendly. House – excellent, exactly the same as described. Outdoor kitchen – excellent idea. fully equipped kitchen. Quiet place. Restaurants and stores are within 10 minutes drive.

It was great holidays for our 12 (6 adults and 6 children). The place is very nice. The house and its surrounding is very clean and well organized for everyday fun. Most of the time we spent under the roof in the pool area which has everything you need (fully equipped kitchen, fridge and big table) and let’s you keep an eye at the children in the pool. The owner is very nice and always ready to help with everything. She showed us where are the closest shops, restaurants, gas station etc. and informed about the best places to see in Istria. We can truly recommend this place to everyone.

Haus mit Potenzial

+ Große Anlage, schöner Garten, viel Platz, genug Schlafmöglichkeiten, Pool. - Inneneinrichtung nicht unbedingt praktisch und schön, manches auch kaputt. Kleiderschränke, Bad (beides EG) sowie Außenküche war bei Ankunft nicht gut geputzt.

Eigentlich schönes Haus

Das Haus ist groß und bietet ausreichend Platz für 11 Personen. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Der Außenbereich mit der Outdoorküche ist toll.Hier kann man den Tag schön ausklingen lassen. Der Pool ist gepflegt und hat eine schöne Größe. Der Hausbesitzer ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Betten sind aber eine Zumutung. Die Matratzen mehr als durchgelegen und so war an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken. Auch die Duschen haben schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.

wunderschönes Außengelände

Das Haus an sich ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas veraltet und abgewohnt. Die Sauberkeit entspricht auch nicht unbedingt dem deutschen Standard, aber ist Ordnung. Das Außengelände mit der Outdoorküche und dem Pool ist wirklich sehr schön und haben wir ständig genutzt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und bei jedem Problemchen hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Labin, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Auch der Pool war gepflegt. Da das Gelände eingezäunt ist eignet es sich Vorallem für Kinder. Die Hauptstrände der umliegenden Städte sind nicht zu empfehlen sehr überlaufen, besser über Google einen kleineren Strand in der Umgebung suchen. Fahrt zum Strand ca 25-30 Minuten. Aufjedenfall autan nicht vergessen. Die Zimmer waren voll ausgestattet bis zum Sandwichmaker ist alles vor Ort.

Tolles Haus mit Sommerküche

Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht, dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Sommerküche war top! Garten und Poolbereich sehr gepflegt. Münzwaschmaschine muss mit 8 mal €0,50 Münzen gefüttert werden, genügend Münzen am besten mitbringen. Vermieterin hat uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und hat uns sogar mit dem Auto den Weg zum Supermarkt, zur Bank, zum Strand usw. gezeigt. Sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder.

the house was more than expected. The owner was extremely kind and provides us with lots of information about the surroundings. The position was excellent, not so far from beaches (20 minutes) but also in a very quite countryside. Private swimming pool and outdoor kitchen were a tremendous plus. As the owner was used to say: SUPER!
