Needs a little work
A little about us. We are a family of six. Two adults, two teenagers and twin 19 month old babies.
so, here are the good things about this property… it is close to the beach. Aaso close to the community pool. The size and quantity of the decks are nice. The hot tub is great. The air conditioning was great and my bed was comfortable. The number of rooms were just what we were looking for and it was nice to have the outdoor shower. Plenty of parking. And the neighborhood was very quiet and close to a grocery store and some really great restaurants.
now for the bad. The house was quite dirty and dated. There were dead and dying bugs all over the place. There were spiders, ants, flies, and they were all in various states of life. I found numerous dead spiders throughout. And my teenagers had an issue with live spiders in their room and bathroom. Throughout the week my teenager said that they killed an upwards of 7 to 10 spiders. So if you have arachnophobia, I definitely do not recommend this house. Additionally, on the first night that we were there, I was pouring a cup of water, and it spilled a bit and as the water was dripping down the cabinet, it was turning brown as it landed on the floor. There were cobwebs all over the house. All of the AC vents had black stuff on them… I don’t know if it was mold it could’ve just been dust that mixed with condensation, but it wasn't good to see. All in all, I would say that this place really needs a deep clean and some updates.
