CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described! The beds were all comfy and the condo was spacious. Check in and out was super easy. I would definitely recommend this condo and complex and will be booking again!

Really enjoyed the place. There will little things that were unimpressive such as the blinds in the living area didn’t work very well, the floor outlet in the living room was coming up and was a tripping hazard, and no coffee filters for the coffee pot. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Overall, it was enjoyable.

Great unit

We loved this unit so much. It was the perfect amount of space for family with multiple bathrooms for everyone to use. We never ran out of hot water when all of us were showering. Everything was so clean. The only complaint I had was the front rooms need curtains because of the hall way lights. The building was great with the pool for the kids and slide. The parking garage kind of sucks cause it’s tight but that’s to be expected. The location was perfect and close to the beach. We want to book this same unit again when we come back!

Awesome vacation spot!

We normally stay at the Phoenix West II, but I booked this location by mistake. It turned out to be just fine. The amenities were almost the exact same, but it was a lot less crowded and busy during the week. Overall, we were pleased with our experience here and with Liquid Life. If I could give one suggestion, it would be to let your guests know that the parking pass is $52. It is stated that a pass must be purchased but doesn’t give an amount. $52 is a hefty amount to come out of your budget if you aren’t expecting a simple parking pass to be that expensive after you’ve paid all the other fees.

Wow!!

This place is gorgeous! There were 8 of us. Six ‘kids’ ranging from 25-17 and my husband and I. There is so much room for all of us. Great views from the balcony. The lazy river was fantastic! I love that it stays open until 11 as most pools close at 10. We absolutely loved our stay here. This was our 5th time to this area and this had to be our favorite condo yet! It definitely had a home-like feel to it. Plenty of kitchenware for all of us. It was great having 4 bathrooms but we could not use the shower in one of them because the drain was leaking. But other than that it was a great place and we will definitely be back! Also like to point out we never had to wait on the elevators for very long. Plus they use grocery carts along with luggage carts here. I loved the grocery carts! Made things so easy bringing things to and from the car.

Girls getaway after loosing husband

Aweful. Will never use Liquid Life again. Property was fine. Things inside broken!!!!!!! Toilet Freezer Hairdryer dirty carpet and washer that the said we overloaded. Did the same thing on very small load😡. I will tell all I know not to use this company. You need to check into this. Mrs Dixie Roberson wife of Thomas Roberson.

Multiple Families - Great Stay

Plenty of room for our two families to stay comfortably. The condo was clean and spacious and the entire Phoenix complex was perfect for our trip. Definitely recommend and would book again. Tips for future guests: The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, but that was all. If you plan to cook, you will need to bring your own seasonings etc. There are two coffee pots - one for K cup and one for ground coffee. They provide enough dishwashing soap to run the dishwasher once. Same with the laundry soap. If you plan to do more than one load of each, you will need to bring additional soap. Each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper. Pool/Beach: we brought our own tent, and set it up behind the rentals chairs. Cell phone service is a challenge for all Phoenix guests, not just this condo. Within the condo I was able to make FaceTime calls when connected to the Wi-Fi but that was it.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would recommend the Phoenix West to anyone who wanted a place to stay, but I would not recommend renting Unit 1804. The unit was not clean, we had to by a Swiffer Wet Jet to mop the floors as they were turning the bottoms of our feet and socks black. Found peanuts and straws in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom connected to the single queen bedroom the shower/tub wouldn't drain while taking a shower so your standing in dirty water. Also, when you turn on the water it runs out of both the bath tub faucet and the shower. Other things were broke in the unit that needs to be fixed as well.

Reviewer Comments: I booked this condo last minute after the one I had booked had been sold. The location of this condo was excellent. The access to the beach was perfect. The pool was fun but crowded (we went during a busy time of year). When it came to the condo itself we felt a little short changed. It wasn't the cleanest to start off. We found several discarded items from previous guests throughout. We had to request sheets for the pull out sofa bed. The furniture needs replaced badly it's definitely seen better days. The furniture on the balcony was ok but the lounge chair was falling apart. One of the showers didn't drain properly and water was standing by the time we were done showering. The blinds were broken and would not close leaving the people sleeping on the sofa bed waking up with the sunrise unintentionally. The size of the condo was great for the 11 people we had with us. I would stay at this building again but not in this particular condo unless it gets a little bit of tlc.

Long review. Please read all.

Got a text saying the condo was ready at 1230. Awesome. We checked in and unpacked. We checked the kitchen cabinets before we went and bought groceries because we cook while we are there. Every condo we have stayed in over the past 30 years usually had a few paper plates, paper cups, plastic silverware, salt and pepper shakers, olive oil cleaning supplies and the list goes on. When I tell you there was absolutely NOTHING in this condo besides furniture and a few dishes I’m not lying… This condo was empty. So we went and bought groceries got back and cooked. While cleaning up The kitchen we looked for cleaning supplies to clean the glass top Table and the counter tops and the glass patio doors and there was nothing under the kitchen sink, above the washer and dryer or nothing. Now I’m not saying this to discredit this condo but just wanted to let anybody who rents this unit to bring everything with you. Oh yeah also bring extra blankets cause there was none. And no measuring cups. The condo was spotless and very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the AC works amazing. The blinds were apartments blinds with the pull cord and none of them would hardly open or close so they were half open and half closed. Needs replacing ASAP. One other thing the dining table was in the main room next to the bar and there was another couch and coffee table in the dining room. Just a weird set up.. Hope this post helps the next guest.

Great location, but condition of condo was disappointing. Would never stay in that condo again.
