Overview
Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance for this property.

We want to welcome you to our newly renovated home away from home, The Enclave 505! You won't be disappointed with this direct beachfront, spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit that sleeps a minimum of 10 people. This open concept has amazing views as soon as you walk through the door and includes full size appliances, included washer and dryer and an ice maker. Watch the the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony and enjoy multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance. During the winter months enjoy the indoor heated pool.

All NEW furniture in living room including sleeper sofa and a full size kitchen table that seats 6, plus bar stools. Our primary suite has a king size bed and private, spacious master bath. The primary also features access to the balcony. The guest bedroom includes two queen size beds and a private bathroom. Along with a second guest bedroom that includes two full size beds and access to a guest bathroom. You can't forget the wet bar which includes an ice maker for added convenience.

Unit is located on the 5th Floor.

Washer/Dryer located inside the condo.
Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

What a great vacation

We had a great vacation staying at the Enclave! Condo was nice and the only complaint from my guys was that the pickleball courts did not have lights but they survived! Lol!!

Parking

The property and amenities were great. The condo was clean and spacious, but the parking is very limited. I had to park across the street as suggested and got towed. If I had to make a recommendation it would be for clear communication not to park in front of the cantina, but if you park over in front of rouses market they won't tow out of there. Outside of that though, the stay was everything you would want it to be.

The property itself was great. It was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The only downside is the limited parking. It is suggested that you can park across the street, so i did and my vehicle was towed from in front the cantina across the street. You can, however, park in front of rouses without being towed, so a little more communication about where you're allowed to park would save future customers some frustration and money.

Great condo! We have stayed many places along the gulf and this condo was our favorite! Clean and updated with TONS of space - it’s even larger than the pictures show!! Kitchen was stocked with everything and more! We were in the area for the NCAA SBC Women’s volleyball tournament in Foley only about 20 min. away. An absolutely PERFECT week! Hope to come back soon!

One Of The Best

Our stay was one of the best that we have had in years! The condo was beautiful! It was very clean and spacious. The view was awesome and the location was close to everything we needed. We especially liked the shampoo and soap dispensers in all of the showers. We also liked the extra supplies just in case. We just can't say enough about this place. We can't wait to stay here again!

A Dream Vacation

My family and I loved it! This property was amazing! The unit was beautiful! It was extremely clean and well maintained. The view was incredible. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The extra steps, such as the shampoo and soap in every bathroom and the extra supplies, that the owners took in taking care of their renters did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. We loved staying here and we look forward to staying again in the future!

Absolutely Perfect

Everything about this place was perfect! We know there can parking issues, but both cars in our group were able to park with no issues. The only thing we would change is that we’d add more rugs. And a broom so we could clean up after ourselves. We all enjoyed our stay and we’d def book again. Thanks for having us!!!

Orange Beach 2024 Family Vaca

Property manager was amazing and super easy to deal with! Great location and a very nice condo. Parking is a bit sparse but there was plenty of parking across the street. Location by THREE grocery stores was wonderful!

Multi Generation Family Vacation

Seniors to kids ( one child with special needs) Perfect for all 12 of us!!! Easy beach and pool access Plenty of room and storage!!! Easy to split families into bedrooms each with its own bathroom. We had lots of fun and made great memories. Would definitely book again!!!

Great Condo

We loved the unit itself. Very nice and spacious. Everything is updated and we felt like the decor was beautiful. The outdoor pool is very nice but does get crowded. As the listing states the indoor pool is heated during the winter months. It was definitely not heated during our stay and was pretty chilly. But for some reason, the kids loved it! I gave the location 4 stars instead of five due to the parking situation at Enclave. The listing does disclose that parking is first come, first serve. A lot of the condo rentals state this, but we have never had an issue finding parking. Be advised that they mean what they say for this listing! We were ok during the day, but you will most likely not find a spot if you leave at night and come back! The security guard was not very helpful in this situation. Thankfully I was able to contact Brittney who answered my call even though it was wayyyyy after hours! She had made arrangements for parking just across the street at no cost. She was very helpful and responsive anytime I needed anything. I had never heard of this rental company prior to this trip, so I was hesitant. But I would recommend them to anyone! We had a great experience and were very satisfied!

Spring Break 2024

We loved the unit and would definitely use it again. There were a couple of items which will need attention: Problems w/toilet in master bath; seat was broken and fill valve probably needs replacing. Diverter valve in a bathroom was spraying water up to the ceiling. Just had to make sure it was pulled up all the way…probably needs on o-ring? While we did have 4 adults and a 16 year old, we did run out of hot water. None of us take long showers and they weren’t back-to-back-to-back-to… All of above were reported and we received a quick response. Neither were show stoppers and while offered, we did not require a visit during our stay to repair them. I’m mainly documenting here as a reminder for maintenance to look at them…if no one reports them, the will only get worse. I personally thought the unit could have been a little cleaner, but no one else in our group had a problem. Mainly the kitchen floors, to me, looked like they were mopped by a kid and they just used water…no cleaning agent. While no one can control the weather, it wasn’t the best. We did have a couple of good beach days, but there were gale force winds our last full day and on check out day. Seas were as angry as I ever seen. While it did prevent any beach activity. I enjoyed it…I like stormy weather and oddly, it was relaxing to me personally. A stormy day at the beach beats one anywhere else. Again, we would not hesitate to use the unit again. Loved our stay and can’t wait until next time.
