Tastefully furnished 2-room apartment with large terrace & dream lake view

On a rocky outcrop overlooking the lake, located in sunny south-west location on the outskirts of Pino, a typical northern Italian village, and only 1.5 km from the Swiss Ticino, lies the 9-family house "Casa Roccia" approx 40 m above Lake Maggiore. It is an oasis of tranquility, because only at this point of the entire eastern shore of both the road and the railway through a tunnel or a gallery run. Overall, the tastefully furnished 2-bedroom corner apartment has a floor space of about 50 m² and a fantastically located balcony of about 20 m² with a gigantic view of Lake Maggiore. So the balcony can quickly become your third room. In the event that you do not want to be completely isolated from the rest of the world on holiday, you will have free wireless Internet access. The access data are in the guest book in the entrance area of the apartment. In about 5 minutes walk to a "mom and pop shop" and in about 1 km away is the beach, a tennis court from the village and 2 good restaurants. In just under 5 minutes you are in the forest with a wide network of wonderful walking and hiking trails. The apartment has a private car park. Pet are allowed. Apartment layout: Small entrance hall Living / dining room with satellite TV, pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons, dream lake view and exit to the sun balcony Separate kitchen with 2 burner gas hob, microwave and hatch through Bedroom with double bed (continuous mattress) Friendly bathroom en suite with bidet , Shower and window approx. 20 m² sunny balcony with awning and stunning views of the lake and the mountains opposite

Preis/Leistung nicht OK-Heizung ging nicht-ein trocknen der Badehandtücher war nicht möglich-Leuchten am Spiegelschrank im Badezimmer defekt-Treppenabgang zur Wohnung vermoost,deshalb sehr rutschig-Heckenschnitt am Treppenabgang wäre dringend notwendig,da bei Regen die Klamotten nass wurden

Schöne Aussicht und Lage, aber nicht sauber

Die Umgebung und die Lage waren sehr schön. Allerdings war die Wohnung ziemlich unsauber. Spinnen inkl Spinnennetze, Pfanne und Töpfe sahen nicht sehr ansprechend aus. Dreck in den Ecken, Haare in der Dusche usw... Bis wir nicht einigermaßen selber Ordnung geschaffen haben konnten wir uns nicht wirklich niederlassen. Tatsächlich gab es dort WLAN, welches aber auch sehr schwach war.
