Welcome Luquilllo, located in the hills of Luquillo this charming newly designed apartment is centrally located in Luquillo and less than a 5 minute drive to the local beaches, restaurants, Kiosks, and shops. You will have access to the entire unit, second floor walk up; enjoy ocean views from the oversized deck and private balcony. Enjoy more of a local experience listening to the Coqui's (native frog) at night or sounds of a rooster to share your morning coffee with. Spacious, renovated and clean private apartment with warm touches throughout. Air conditioned bedroom and ceiling fans throughout make for a comfortable stay. Enjoy wonderful ocean breezes on the balcony and main living area. Fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities you will need to cook throughout your stay. Bathroom have all the towels soaps and essentials to help make packing a little lighter. We provide beach chairs and cooler for your excursions to the beach and rain forest. This space has a maximum of 2 guest per booking. Two outdoor spaces are available during your stay; the front deck/porch offers seating as well as the private ocean view balcony. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, closet, luggage rack and small dresser. Living area has couch dining area, coffee table and smart TV and Wifi.

We are located in the heart of Luquillo making exploring everything from San Juan metro area (40 mins), rain forest (15 mins), Luquillo beaches, kiosks, restaurants and shopping (5 minutes), Fajardo beaches (15 min), ferry in Ceiba to Culebra and Vieques (20 mins) all withing a short drive.

It is suggested to rent a vehicle during your stay. Getting Uber and Taxi outside the metro area can be difficult. You will have access to the entire unit. It is a second floor walk up and located in a residential neighborhood. Your side of the building has a front deck as well as balcony off the living area are yours to enjoy during your stay. Please note this is not a party house. There are also no children or pets at this time. Should you have a service animal please let us know at booking. There is no smoking at the home. Any signs of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge at check out. Self check in with a lock box is provided.

Please remember this is an island and electricity may fail on occasions. Although we hope this will not happen during your stay , it is unfortunately out of our control.
We are proud to keep a clean home, however it is normal to find insects in this tropical environment.

A great place… Definitely a home away from home! The hosts are downstairs with pets, there is a horse that lives in the field across the street. Two big beautiful balconies, one with a Mountain View one with an ocean view. A little scruffy around the edges at some places, but wow, open the windows and the doors, and the breeze and the rain at the edge of the rainforest are amazing! Easy walk to a great bakery and down to the grocery store and Walgreens and fast food and stuff. Apartment has everything you need! Washer, dryer, cleaning supplies. Very responsive to any requests immediately! My Uber driver’s and friends that helped me move in and out complemented what a great place what a great location!

Awesome Experience!! Peaceful neighborhood close to everything

Where should I start. The location sits atop of the neighborhood and it’s awesome ocean views from everywhere.Description of the location does not do it no justice. You wake up and step outside and you can see the ocean from all directions. The neighborhood is quite and safe we left the door open at night and would just sit there listen to the sounds of the rainforest. Places to eat are just minutes away. The big plus for us was that there is a bakery Antique Bakery not even a mile away you can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner there for half the price of the tourist location. This is going to be our new go to spot. My wife and I had an awesome and delightful time. I am a native of Puerto Rico and this by far is one of the best locations I have stayed at. Thank you

We had a great time in the apartment, very quiet at night and very close to the beach and the kiosks. The views are amazing from both balconies, great for sitting and contemplating the sunset. Our host was very quick to answer any questions and making sure we had a good time!
