Welcome to this charming, ancient stone house on the picturesque Pelješac peninsula, directly by the sea. The lovingly restored rental unit offers space for up to 9 people on 145 m² and combines historical charm with modern comfort. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area make the house ideal for families, couples, or groups.



The impressive 56 m² terrace invites you to sunbathe, eat or relax and offers an incomparable view of the sea channel between Pelješac and Korčula as well as the medieval old town of Korčula. From the living room and bedrooms, you enjoy a direct sea view and the calm atmosphere of the surroundings. High-quality wooden furniture and natural materials ensure an authentic, cosy holiday mood.



The outdoor area includes a private garden, a veranda, a covered parking space, a barbecue area, and a solar-powered outdoor shower. The property is fully fenced and thus ideal for children and pets. For active holidaymakers, there are storage facilities for surfboards, direct access to the gravel and concrete beach, and bicycles for exploring the surroundings.



Just a few metres from the house, you will find various beaches – from fine gravel to concrete slabs to rocks – and numerous leisure activities such as swimming, diving, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing or fishing. The peninsula is also world-famous for its exquisite wines, which you can discover during a wine tasting on site. For day trips, a visit to the historic city of Dubrovnik, which is about two hours away, is worthwhile.



The house offers modern amenities such as WiFi, satellite TV, dishwasher and washing machine (communal). Air conditioning is not necessary thanks to the thick stone walls. Pets are welcome (with a fee), and optional services such as boat trips or airport transfers are available upon request.

Lovely house with stunning sea views and a spacious terrace where we spent most evenings. The location is peaceful, yet it’s only a short walk to local cafés and the waterfront. The home was well equipped and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxed holiday by the sea

Krásný dům s nádherným výhledem na moře

Krásný dům s nádherným výhledem na moře. Terasa byla naším oblíbeným místem pro snídaně i večerní posezení. Vybavení domu bylo afunkční. Viganj je klidné místo, ale s dobrými možnostmi stravování a krásnými plážemi v okolí.

Großartigen Aussicht

Schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz und einer großartigen Aussicht über die Bucht von Viganj. Die Waschmaschine war nach langen Tagen am Strand sehr praktisch. Der Ort selbst ist angenehm klein und charmant, mit guten Restaurants in der Umgebung. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.
