Valérie welcomes you to the carefully restored former outbuildings of the beautiful bourgeois mansion of the estate dating from the 19th century. Calm and tranquility, in the heart of a beautiful 1.4 ha property (adorned with a pleasant large garden, a convivial "barbecue" area with brazier, plancha & pizza oven & a private pontoon "on the water"), nestled on the banks of the Saône, in a cul-de-sac within a peaceful residential area steeped in history, on the edge of a gentle plain of cultivated fields & meadows, facing the quays of the town which look like a "postcard" (illuminated at night). A renowned gastronomic destination with its Michelin-starred restaurants, this charming town, with its striking colorful facades lending it an unusual Mediterranean charm, is crisscrossed by gentle pedestrian streets. It boasts all modern amenities, an invaluable heritage, and unparalleled sports and leisure facilities, all nestled within a sublime, unspoiled landscape of hedged meadows, rivers, beautiful wild forests, and vineyard-covered hillsides. This spacious and very comfortable cottage features a lovely, spacious living area. Its rustic charm, with contemporary touches, is enhanced by the magnificent original timber frame. Cozy and inviting, it exudes charm. A large shaded terrace (under a pergola) opens onto the meadows (offering a beautiful unobstructed view), complemented by a sheltered terrace in the courtyard. Composition: Comprising four cottages and the owners' wine bar (open weekends only from May to August). This cottage is semi-detached and located in a former outbuilding (offering complete privacy). Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is available. Heat pump heating. Air conditioning. Washing machine in a shared laundry room (accessible from the outside).
