Charming authentic country residence from the 17th century steeped in history & fully rehabilitated, decorated with a traditional "Mâconnaise gallery" (sheltered balcony), located on the edge of an alley on a carefully maintained enclosed property of 900m², planted with plants & flowers (housing the home of the owners), equipped with a large gravel courtyard (literally "natural" pétanque court), an aromatic garden (picking possible) & a mini chicken coop. In a small rural & agricultural hamlet typical of the Clunysoise countryside, adjoining the heart of the picturesque protected village of Cortevaix, rich in beautiful historic buildings carefully restored. Soothing hilly landscaped surroundings, combining bocage meadows, vineyards & forests, nestled in the heart of the green Guye valley (& its fish-filled river), at the foot of a gentle mountain sheltering a vast wild forest massif with a "belvedere panoramic" at its summit, as well as a "rare" biotope protected in ZNIEFF for its rich fauna and flora. Spacious, comfortable gîte. Beautiful volumes. Warm country character, enhanced by the 100% exotic soul of the place (conservation of the rich traces of the original building: fireplace mantle, stone walls & window lintels, beams, etc.). Lots of charm & character. Pleasant large intimate gravel terrace, nestled at the back of the gîte (with ping-pong table). Lovely authentic country residence from the 17th century, steeped in history & fully restored, nestled in the heart of a picturesque little preserved rural hamlet, 4 km from the charming, typical & commercial village of Cormatin (sumptuous 17th century castle & numerous shops on site ) & 14 km from the illustrious abbey city of Cluny (all amenities on site including supermarkets). In the heart of the Cluny countryside, a magnificent hilly setting, combining bocages, vineyards, meadows & beautiful wild forests (largely protected as a "Natura 2000 Zone" for its remarkable ecosystem), running along the bucolic Grosne valley, a stone's throw from the first wooded foothills of the Massif Sud Bourgogne (vast preserved wild space), at the crossroads of the vineyards of Mâconnais & Côtes Chalonnaises (first vineyards 2.5 km away / Route des Vins de Bourgogne extended by the Route des Grands Vins to be covered).
