A one room studio, on the ground floor, located in a very small street. very close to the city Market and the beach.
The studio consists in a 21 square meters room, high cealing. It has an equipped kitchenette, a large sofa bed (with duvet), and an expendable table.
There is a shower room and an independant toilet.
This studio is ideally located, 10 minutes walk to the beach as well as the famous Forville market.
The Croisette is an easy 15-minutes walk, as well as the Palais des Festival.
If you came to visit the region, you could catch a train in Cannes (15 minutes walk) or one of the numerous buses that are close-by.
Here, you can prepare a meal in the kitchenette equipped with 2 electric cooking plates, a microwave, and a refrigirator. There is also an extra grill if needed.
For your breakfasts, you'll enjoy an electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker.
Other amenities include an iron and ironing board, an umbrella.
Connect to the free WiFi,
There is a middle size supermarket 2 minutes walk away as well as other shops.
If you came for the excitment of the city, the Suquet, 5 minutes away, is full of animated restaurants and bars.

She was a teacher in the very close school named Stanislas, and bought this studio for practical reasons. Now retired, she ishappy to rent it.
