Ideal for a romantic escapade, a business trip or for a family holiday with one child.
The size of the **living space** is amazing with its all possibilities and **cocooning effect** it provides.

The advantage of this accommodation is its garden and an oversized terrace that allow a full enjoyment of the **Cannois sunshine**.

25m² studio that can accommodate 2 adults and a child:

- Living space: Dining area, real 140x190 box bed, 90x190 fold-out armchair + air conditioning and flat-screen TV.
- Open kitchen: Microwave, 2-burner hob, Nespresso machine, Small fridge and Extractor hood.
- Bathroom: Vanity unit with double basin, shower and separate WC.
- Exterior: Terrace and garden of 40m² with garden furniture and a dining area.
- Equipment: Wi-Fi connection and washing machine.

**Other remarks**:
Animals are allowed provided that they behave properly, and their owners display a caring attitude towards the accommodation.
Due to the high heat (heat wave) and water restrictions imposed by the state, we do not ensure the same quality of the garden compared between summer and photos.
⚠️ In order not to penalize your stay as well as that of the next tenants, thank you for making sure to remove as much sand from your belongings and your clothes/ shoes before entering the accommodation. Please do not put sand in the shower!
The use of bath towels provided as beach towels is prohibited, and may be penalizing, for a fee. Thank you for your understanding.

The apartment is professionally cleaned and bedding/towels are professionally washed.

The apartment as bedding and linen are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after rental (service included).

We will not book this place again

We think the home was in a really nice place - close to the beach and the city. But there was very bad smell there. It smelled of sewer and bad drains even though we cleaned it. And twice we had cockroaches. Also pretty much noise from the road with cars. I think the place needs a renovation, you can see in several places that there has been moisture. We will not book that place again.

Séjour à Cannes avec coin de verdure

Bel appartement très fonctionnel, même si petit. Le jardin est vraiment un plus, il est un peu excentré (comptez 25 mn à pieds avec montées et descentes pour accéder à la gare par exemple). Mais si vous venez pour la plage, c'est parfait.

un petit coin de bonheur

Je recommande sans hésitations, ce studio. Il est très bien agencé et très propre à notre arrivée, la terrasse et le jardin sont un vrais plus. La douche est grande et l'eau sort avec de la pression, le lit a une très bonne literie, mais vous parer petit si vous êtes habitué au queen size. Son emplacement est top! en 15 min à pied et en passant par la côte vous êtes au palais du festival, et donc du centre ville de Cannes. Comme le studio vient avec une place de parking, pas besoin de payer 20€ supplémentaire de parking par jour. Surtout que si vous restez une semaine, et que vous voulez vous faire à manger un Aldi est au pied de l'immeuble. Un grand merci à Julie et son sourire, n'hésitez pas à lui demander des conseils, elle connait Cannes comme sa poche. Merci encore Mme Junillon

Le studio est très bien aménagé et très propre. Julie est à nos petits soins. Proche des plages à pieds et supérette à côté de l’immeuble. Je recommande sans hésiter
