Main Living Area: A spacious 70m² open-plan living and dining room with a table for 10. It opens directly onto a large wooden terrace with an outdoor dining area and views of the pool.

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

Utility Room: Includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer.

Guest Restroom: One separate guest WC.

Bedroom 1: Master suite (180cm EMMA bed) with a full private bathroom and a separate WC.

Bedroom 2: Guest suite (160cm EMMA bed) with a private shower room.

SELF-CONTAINED ANNEX (T2)
