Very nice recent house not overlooked. Located in an alley in the village of La Noue, close to shops and the daily market.
Dining room, living room, fitted kitchen, 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms (with double beds), 1 with shower room, 1 bedroom with single bed on mezzanine + futon, bathroom.

Annex 2 people composed of: bedroom (with double bed), room including kitchen, living room, dining room - bathroom.

Garage - plancha and garden furniture.
Garden with swimming pool heated to 28 ° from early June to late September (protective roller shutter + additional removable barrier on request)

Family celebrations

Beautiful, well equipped house in a quiet street in a bustling village, a short walk to local bars, shops and restaurants. The swimming pool was excellent. Sylvie made sure we had a very comfortable and happy holiday. We hired bikes in the village and had a great time exploring the island. Perfect stay for our family group.

Great accommodation for 2 families, including one infant. Well equipped kitchen. Pool has cover and fencing so good peace of mind with 2 year old. Very close to La Noue, shops & market. Good access on quiet street.

Family holiday together

Excellent spacious villa which accommodated all the family well. Festival in the village on the Sunday. Perfect! We all enjoyed spending time in the pool which made a very relaxing holiday for all. Extra special was the wonderful welcome pack Sylvie had left us of the islands special produce. Highly recommend will return!

Quelques jours avant, la propriétaire m’envoie un contrat (par mail , hors de Abritel) demandant une caution de 1000, non mentionnée sur l’annonce. Je comprend le besoin de caution, mais quand même surprise, je la contacte : elle se montre agressive, pas compréhensive et exige la caution en espèces, refusant de passer par Abritel pour sécuriser la transaction. J’ai refusé, et ma réservation a été annulée la veille du départ.Pourquoi refuser le paiement de la caution sur une plateforme sécurisée ? Typique situation d’arnaque I had booked this house for a weekend with friends. A few days before arrival, the owner sent me a contract (via email, outside Abritel) requiring a 1000 deposit, which was not mentioned in the listing. I understand the deposit, but I am surprised, I contacted her: she was aggressive and insisted on a cash deposit, refusing to go through Abritel to secure the transaction. I refused, and my booking was canceled the day before departure.Why refuse a payment through secure platform? Typical scam behavior

Tout d'abord, nous tenons à remercier Sylvie et Raphaël pour la qualité de leur accueil et leur amabilité.La maison est très agréable avec 5 chambres et est très bien équipée. Le quartier est très calme et on peut aller à la mer à pieds très facilement.Le jardin est très protégé du vent et dès qu'il y a un rayon de soleil, on en profite bien.On recommande !

Excellent accueil de nos hôtes. La maison est super , très belle, accueillante, confortable , très bien placée . Pas loin du centre ville mais pour autant il n’y a pas de bruit. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Très belle propriété avec de belles prestations. Maison confortable et bien équipée (bonne literie dans toutes les chambres c'est important). Nous avons aussi apprécié l'espace clos que compose la propriété permettant d'être protégé du vent et ainsi de pouvoir profiter des extérieurs même au mois d'avril et en toute tranquillité !!

Maison spacieuse

Grande maison avec de très beau volume offrant à chacun un espace personnel. Une cuisine très bien équipée en ustensiles casseroles, poêles, faitouts de toutes tailles........ Grande table à l'intérieur et également une très grande table à l'extérieur. L'espace extérieur est parfait avec un grand salon de jardin et une superbe piscine chauffée.
