4 bedroom, 4 bath family home, with 6 person hot tub! We are excited to offer this incredible home for your family vacation, corporate retreat, golf outing, or a getaway among friends! This home boasts a one in a million open kitchen, dining and living room with 16' curved island with seating! This area is so large you can have every one staying all together to entertain while preparing food and a 65" Smart TV that can be seen from the entire area! This amazing area flows out to a wrap around deck with Viking 6 person hot tub, seating, 2 loungers and a Weber gas grill! All of this plus a king master ensuite all on the main level! Downstairs there are 3 ensuites. All lower bedrooms have decks and seating.

We take pride in our home and making sure you you have a great stay!

We supply hotel quality linens and bath amenities. We supply a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. We supply laundry soap and dryer sheets, dishwasher pods and liquid soaps, hand sanitizer.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The layout was perfect. For as many people that stayed it was quiet. 2 minor things. A few doors were squeaky and could use some lubricant. The fry pan needs to be cleaned or replaced.

The Home is exceptionally inviting! Quiet area of Tan-Tar-A Estates, yet close to everything. We had a wonderful vacation and the Home offered everything a family needs to be comfortable!

Perfect couples getaway home

This property is perfect for multiple couples; we each had our own spacious private bedroom and bath as well as beautiful spacious gathering areas. The hot tub was a real bonus. The location is also very good, with plenty of good eating and golfing options nearby.

Great stay!

A touch of Kansas was exactly what we needed for my friends bachelorette party. We had plenty of space, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was an major plus :)

This house was almost perfect for our cousins vacation.

The house was great except the one downstairs bedroom with one queen bed the mattress was awful and the air conditioning in this room didn’t work very good. Overall it was a great house and location.

MO fun!

The house was beautiful, well kept and the view of the pond and wooded area was soothing. The main room was exactly what we wanted, enough room for us all to be in at once. The curved island was to die for (I want one). Beds were comfortable, and the bed rooms were spacious. If we ever go back to MO we will definitely stay here again!!!

This was such a great house! We stayed for our annual friend’s trip. Most of the rooms were downstairs but they had conjoining doors so it was great we could open up the doors and hang out together. The kitchen is an awesome gathering area. The huge counter makes it great for cooking up meals. Ben the host was great. We had a little trouble getting connected to the WiFi but he helped us within 10 minutes. This was a great house, we will probably book again next year!!

Softball in Osage

We arrived Thursday afternoon to checkin, kids went to the nice pools in the area. The house was clean and had plenty of room to hang out in the nice open kitchen/living room area. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone and space. Tried the pizza place in the resort, landsharks and Redhead Restaurant. The hot tub was nice, we had a question about the operation of it and the manager was on top of it. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 recommend

Awesome home!

The Ozarks are a great place to vacation. Alot of things to do for all ages. Our favorite was renting a pontoon and being on the water. The Touch of Kansas house was wonderful. We had 10 people and we had more than enough room. Had all the kitchen utensels , bathroom supplies needed, hairdryers etc. Had a storm come through and knock out power for an hour and our host Ben came over to see how we were doing etc. If we needed anything Ben was just a phone call away. Would definetly stay at this home again. Thanks Ben!

I've stayed at this property before. It's great! When I saw it was available, I jumped all over it! Why it's called Touch of Kansas, I don't know. I don't mind Kansas, though. Big fan of KC sports teams, so...at any rate, beautiful property, well maintained and the owner is super responsive.
