Single family house with large fenced yard; dog friendly. Easy half mile walk to downtown (McCulloch Blvd.), three-quarters mile to Rotary Park, and one mile to London Bridge. Off street boat parking.
The living room carpet has recently been updated with vinyl flooring. The bonus room (3rd bedroom, but actually just a small bonus room with a double/twin bunk bed) now has its own air conditioning unit

This was an amazing house! Very clean, spacious, and open! Backyard was giant and the dogs loved it. I would defiantly stay here again. About 1 mile to London bridge and all delicious restaurants. Super convenient!
