This charming 2BR/2BA condo within the Colonial community features an unbeatable locale just steps from the coast and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Provided beach gear makes it simple to spend days on the sand.

Watch a movie on the smart TV or relax on the patio. Head to Northside Park, the ideal place to launch a kayak or play games.

LIVING AREA

Unwind in the welcoming living area, fitted with plush seating for the group and a smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up your favorite recipes and beach snacks in the pristine kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and a three-person kitchen bar.

When meals are ready, the table seats five.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps five guests in two bedrooms.

The primary bedroom is appointed with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy a refreshing beverage on the private patio.

After fun-filled beach days, two outdoor showers at the complex are perfect for rinsing off when you return.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella are also available.

Assigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This rental is on the second floor. Elevators are available.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

LOCATION

This wonderfully located rental sits right near the shoreline for epic days of fun in the sun. It’s just 200’ from the edge of the complex to the beach access trail! Easily walk to popular shops and restaurants.

Nearby Northside Park presents a wonderful place to kayak and paddleboard. Other popular attractions include Fenwick Island State Park and Ocean City Beach.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location

Location is perfect. Good family oriented neighborhood. Overall it was fine for my husband and I we are in our 60s and don’t require much. Would not recommend with small children.

Overall we loved the location. The unit was spacious & pleasant. Lost electrical power on 2 occasions. Many of the outlets are worn out and should probably be replaced. The refrigerator is old and should probably be replaced. And the over door cannot be opened fully as it hits the refrigerator. But all in all was pleasant and enjoyable. Would stay here again

Loved how much room this condo provided. Had a big open kitchen and living room right when you walk in. Amazing patio and can see the ocean just steps away! Very clean and convenient all around. Can’t wait to be back!

Great location, but improvements are needed.

The condo is on the 2nd floor with a covered patio. The ocean can be seen by leaning on the railing. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Updates are needed to improve the wifi, cable tv, stove, and the bed frames. Most of the unit has not been remodeled since the unit was built.

Location was good to the beach, easy walk. Quite area, some stores and shops nearby as well. Nice that you can have a dog. Condo could use some appliance updates. But over all it was a good stay.

Little gem

This place was perfect, few steps from the beach and so many restaurant and other places with fun activity. The board walk is about 10 minutes away . The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Only thing i suggest is to put a rug going to the kitchen from living room. We tripped allot with the ledge.

OC beach rental

Priced appropriately for type of furnishings. Pictures on web site were very accurate. Could have used more cookware. Perhaps more people on vacation eat out. We enjoy cooking in. There were plenty of plates, cups and utensils. Could have used more serving bowls, and pot sizes. Needs more bakeware.

Quiet neighborhood.

Needs new air conditioning in bedrooms, neither one cooled just blew as fans. Luckily, was not hot and was able to open window. Carpets is badly stained. With a few upgrades the place would be great. Overall nice place to stay.

Not clean

The property is a great location for the beach. Whoever does the cleaning is not doing a good job. The a/c did not work in one of the bedrooms. Property on the outside is very well maintained. Would not stay here again.

Condo was sufficient but there are issues that need to be addressed. Shower head in on suite bathroom needs to be replaced. Water pressure cause it to blow off when showering. Light fixture in kitchen was not working Lights in main bathroom were not functioning. Beds were very squeaky.

Disappointed with cleanliness

The beds were horrible, broken in some places. Dirty dishes in the cupboard. Floors were filthy, had to use towels to walk on.

Nice but hot

The process of renting was convenient and we loved the location, but the main air conditioner was broken and we had no internet connection. We called about the air and it was NOT repaired during our stay. We are being refunded $175 for the inconvenience of the air. WiFi never did work but we were busy with other things so we didn’t call about that. Overall, we did enjoy our stay the location is amazing.

The location was great. The condo needs updating for the amount being charged. The air conditioner in living room never worked and the air conditioner in master bedroom quit working on Wednesday. There was no dresser in second bedroom. Carpet needs replaced. Hot water supply was inadequate. Dirty linens from previous week were never picked up so they remained on front porch all week.

Location was Great but...

The pictures were a bit misleading Overall cleanliness was okay. OVEN WAS AWFUL, dirty and had not been cleaned in many many years. If you had a family with small children and were planning on cooking well I don't believe you could. Refrig was pulled out enough even if you wanted to use the oven you couldn't. Oven door would not open enough. Refrig was clean but light was burnt out, my husband brought a new bulb and replaced it. The master bath..shower curtain and liner was moldy and I had to wash it. still stained. The shower head would pop off if you tried to reposition it while water was running. Would have to turn water off and put back on. Had a problem with water under sink but maintaince came to fix it. The floor were good, loved the hard wood like throughout. Kitchen table maybe could fit 3 people... there were high stools for the other sitting around table. AC...of the 3 units. the ones in living room and master bedroom were new... the second bedroom the AC was so old and caked with dust it didn't work all that well. The outdoor furniture was NOT what was pictured. WiFi STREAMING AWFUL Plenty of silver ware and glasses and dishes. Some of these items had been mentioned in previous reviews. Thought they would have been resolved. Overall we love the location and the building. This particular unit is DEFINATELY a rental unit. Hopefully with this review and previous reviews some of these items could be resolved...especially OVEN

Great location just yards to the big, beautiful N. OC beach. Good Value. Rental really needs a deep cleaning. Carpet is very stained. Window air conditioners are dirty, noisy and need cleaning/updating, as does carpet. Oven was very dirty. Missing extra TP, paper towels, linens, light bulbs. Confusion about sheets and towels being provided.

Lousy all bed mattresses and two bedroom air conditioning poor. Kitchen has plenty of ants. I cleaned often to make ants away.

Very unsatisfied

We were rented a condo with no working air conditioning in the living room. The condo wasn’t cleaned upon are arrival, there were stains in the carpet that I myself cleaned. The toilet in the bathroom was loose and leaking water. Shower in back bedroom was never cleaned, Wi-Fi did not work. Would not recommend renting from these people.

Great Location but....

We really do appreciate that this unit was pet friendly and available on short notice. The location was awesome. The unit itself is in need of some love. There are three very old window units. We couldn't get one of the units to work. Texted the Management company and a service ticket was created but we never heard back from them. Lucky, the weather was cool and we were fine without the third unit working. The unit looks pretty in the pics but the carpet is noticeably dirty, rust stains on baseboard heaters, older bathrooms

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. October is a great time to bring your dog to the beach, so we were really happy to find a pet friendly rental. It was such a short walk to the beach. Wight Street is also good for biking. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
