Spend a getaway in beachside bliss at this North Ocean City condo. Recently updated and just steps from the beach, this gem is the perfect home base for a coastal escape.

After days at the shore, relax on the balcony with a cocktail or cold beverage. The kitchen boasts full-size, stainless steel appliances for easy at-home meal planning and a dishwasher for quick cleanup. Grab a quick bite at the four-seat breakfast bar or enjoy sit-down meals at the dining table. The living area features comfy sofa seating and a smart TV for everything from casual downtime to family movie nights.

Powerful mini-split air-conditioning units throughout the home keep everybody cool and comfortable, while wall-unit heating (no central HVAC) provides chilly-weather warmth. Modern essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Elevators are not available.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family getaway

We had a great week with 3 kids. The bunk room was perfect. The condo is walkable to restaurants, mini golf and just a minute to the beach. Thank you for a great stay.

Our stay was great. We only had to walk across the street to the beach access. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. Everything was in working order. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and bars. The only disappointment was the beach view from the balcony was nil. Would highly recommend for a stay!

Condo was clean and updated with modern decor. Check in and parking was easy. Right across street from beach. In quieter part of ocean city. Only thing to note is need to walk up two flights of stairs and can only see a sliver of the ocean from the balcony because you are across small street from other low level condos. Would recommend and stay again

Long weekend at the beach

Great proximity to beach - within 5 minutes walk you are standing on the beach. Flip side - area is very congested/crowded, lots of noisy construction all around. Unit is nice - great living area, kitchen has what you need. Bedrooms are small, nice to have 2 bathrooms. Washer/dryer came in handy. Vacasa was helpful with any issues.

Living space felt even bigger than pictured. Perfectly situated a block from the beach. We had a great view of the water because they were doing construction on a new building, but once that is built, unfortunately I'm not sure you'll be able to see the water. Location was awesome, walking distance to several things, beach was beautiful. Place was very clean and everything went very smoothly. Thanks so much!

Nice place in excellent location

A nice place in an excellent location for those, like us, that want to be as far north in Ocean City as possible. Had small view of the ocean from our patio. Only 30 second walk to the beach. Condo was comfortable for our family of four, but one of our teenagers decided the couch was more comfortable than the bunk bed. Cleanliness was just ok…one comforter had a unsightly stain on it and one wall had footprints on it.

Great condo

The condo was great but the listing made it seem like it was right on the beach. It was not. It was difficult dealing with rental company (Vacasa) and I never received the information on how to get into the condo.

Newly updated, good for a quick stay

Newly updated property, easy to deal with Vacasa but we also didn’t have any issues while there. Very small space, split HVAC units that do a pretty good job but could use cleaning of the filters. There is a bowl to collect moisture from the one in the family room. Close to the beach, you can see a sliver of the ocean from the balcony between buildings across the street. No pool or building amenities. It was great for a quick stay.

Perfect Location

This was a last-minute weekend trip for us. The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and in great condition. Beach is only across a tiny side street, and you can't beat this location (we had everything we needed within 5-10 min drive). Everyone enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony as well. The only downside I found, was a pull-out couch, because I came with my mom and kids. It needs some serious padding :) But it wouldn't be a problem if you don't plan on using it as a bed - it is very comfy otherwise. I would stay here again!

Cozy and Comfy

The property was well kept, and enjoyable. Only two issues, there was pet hair on furniture, family member allergies flared, i cleaned but they sent a cleaner once reported and the screen door to patio did not stay on track and it fell and punched a small whole in my thigh. I reported this incident and they sent out a repairmen within two hours. But did not offer a compensation or discount for the incident. Again, on the good side I would love to return for another R & R. I will recommend to friends.

Property was great. Management not so much.

I was extremely frustrated with the Vacasa staff. We had an outside cabinet fall over during our stay. I notified the Vacasa team to make the homeowner aware since the cabinet broke. It was very windy due to the hurricane that was at sea and it blew over in the middle of the night. After I notified the Vacasa team after a few emails they told me I would be charged a damage fee as the wind couldn’t knock it over. This was very upsetting and quite an interruption to my boyfriend and my vacation. We were doing the right thing and being penalized. We gathered all the weather data from the night it happened and I told them I would not be paying a damage fee and wanted to speak to someone. Shortly thereafter the property manager called me and was very nice. He said that was incorrect information and I wouldn’t be charged. The winds had been severe that week and he would come immediately to clean it up if we wanted. We said it was not a bother and we only wanted someone to know. He said he would come when we checked out and appreciated the notification. He was a pleasure and apologized we were given the wrong information. I will not use the Vacasa service again as when someone tries to be a good renter and is threatened with a damage fee, it is not good customer service.

Great Small but New Beach Condo with a View

Although the building has been there a long time, the condo has been completely remodeled so it was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. There is no central A/C but the units sufficed. The second bedroom is quite small but was enough to sleep in for the teens. The no closet in either bedrooms did not bother us at all (see photos). We spent most of our time at the beach or in the beautiful main living area (kitchen/dining/living/balcony with ocean view). The entrance to the beach is 50 feet from the building and there is a shower in the building's parking lot to rinse the sand off. There is no elevator and this unit is on the second floor. The building is located on the North end of Ocean City, closer to Fenwick Island, so a little quieter than downtown Ocean City but still plenty to do. Overall a great place for a week vacation and we'd certainly rent it again. Thank you!

The living room, dining and kitchen were updated very nicely and spacious, (decorated beautifully). One bedroom is small, and neither of the bedrooms have closets.
