The house itself is great. Neighborhood was a little loud with sirens and traffic. Would recommend providing coffee, and an easier door entry code- 10 digits was a little difficult to navigate. Overall- great place to stay with easy access.

Great place to stay

Place is located in decent area and not to far from broadway , you will here from time to time of fire trucks and trains but it didn’t bother us. It would be nice if you can get in a bit earlier if your driving from a far distance such as us (10hrs) to be able to get a quick shut eye, otherwise great stay . Thanks

Fun time in Nashville

The house was very nice. We had a couple of issues with the door lock. The sofa beds were not very comfortable but everything else was great. I’d suggest only booking for enough people for the bedrooms. But the house was very nice and comfortable for a group of six of us for everything but sleeping. Absolutely perfect for a group of 4!!

Great place and location

Location was perfect! 1 mile from midtown and 6 min drive to lower broadway. The house was clean and perfect for a weekend visit. Walls are paper thin, and street traffic was a little loud. Brought ear plugs, and worked out great! Both bedrooms have a full bath, so great place to travel with friends. Management was super responsive, and on top of returning questions and concerns. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic property in Nashville.

We had a great stay at Watkins Park Getaway. The home was very clean and all of the amenities and furniture are new and in great condition. The neighborhood was nice and very close to downtown Nashville (5 minute drive). I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Nashville.

It worked for our purpose

This property is located about a 34 minute walk from Broadway near a local hospital and train. Parking is limited and can be challenging if you have anything over the size of a compact car. As described and noted in other reviews- the nights are loud with consistent emergency vehicles passing by and train horns. We knew this going in, but it was much more prevalent than expected. The outside property was overgrown with grass and weeds. The interior, upon initial arrival was not clean. However after 15 minutes with the property manager, we had someone out cleaning the place- they did an excellent job at that point. The kitchen is lacking cookware and utensils- so if you plan to cook be prepared to bring cooking sheets for the oven and even forks/spoons/knives as these are limited. The property has a very large kitchen table for gathering, two love seats for relaxing or watching TV, no outdoor furniture. The AC works great! Bedrooms both have their own full bath and beds are comfy.

Beautiful, clean home but noisy location

Wonderfully decorated and clean; however after staying at this Vacasa, we have a few suggestions for fixing or improvement. Really appreciate the design, care for the home but very noisy at night. - The upstairs bathroom (furthest from the stairs) had a very slow shower drain, which should be addressed - The upstairs bathroom (furthest from the stairs) had a very poor/weak toilet flush, which should be addressed - The nicks and scuffs on the white walls should be cleaned/painted - The street traffic in the bedrooms were extremely loud all through the night (sirens from the ambulances from the local hospital, train, speeding traffic)

We loved this place

It was clean, super easy check in/check out. Great location, good neighborhood. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Super convenient for two couples. The ONLY thing I would say is one of the upstairs toilets clogged every single time someone flushed. Otherwise the place was perfect.

Gave us wrong address. Customer service of Vasca was no help. We guessed and when the code worked we figured this must be it. Could have been dusted better and cleaned under beds better. Overall nice place and good location.

Overall good stay. Fairly clean, good location. Fan in upstairs bathroom doesnt work and no dressers in bedroom ao you have to still live out of a suitcase.
